It took me 30 min to check in. For the extra mattress we had to pay very high fee and the rooms were very small. Not even enough space to walk. Had to replace the room key 5 times before even opening it once

service is slow. I asked for TV technician yesterday at 20:50 hrs , reminded 4 times, no body turned up. luggage from Lobby was sent to room afyer 45 mts after several reminders. quality of dry fruits horrible. cashew were all black,broken ,very small size. staff not well trained particularly on front desk. even minimum toiletries are not kept.
