Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey

I had booked four rooms for my engagement function which was also being hosted at ramada. They gave me rooms on the same floor as the function and even though there were some issues regarding the bells for two rooms not functioning, a complaint ensured that they rushed to the rooms within 30 minutes and fixed the problem for me. The buffet breakfast was amazing and definitely worth the money, with the live counter being the highlight. The ac is slightly difficult to manage as the preset temperature takes a while to reach but since there are no remotes, you will have to walk to the wall every time you want to adjust the temperature. The washrooms were excellent with a warm shower and quality toiletries. Also would like to mention that the wifi quality was also excellent. Quality of room service was beyond that of many 4 and 5 star Ramada by Wyndham Alleppeys i have seen across the country.

Ramada alleppey is a five star Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey with an exceptional location and mesmerizing view of backwaters. Hotels back has a line up of houseboats as it's point from where backwaters tour start and ends. Hotel itself is well maintained and has all expected from a 5 star property - pleasing and comfortable rooms, restaurant with delicious food, bar, spa, health club, banque, activiies which includes badminton, table tennis, carrom, billiards t and a cherry on the cake is excellent hospitality provided by staff. The swimming pool is well maintained and is adjacent to backwaters. Ramada has its own big and small boats for backwaters experience. Houseboat also provides lunch on cruise as a package. It was the best stay of my kerala tour which was made memorable by excellent hospitality provided by staff of ramada.

We were on a 11 day vacation and Ramada was one of the 5 stays we stayed at. Undoubtedly this was the best stay. The property is nice and well maintained (which cannot be said for all big names in Kerala, e.g. Radisson) and the best part, your lake view rooms give you the view of the finishing point of Snake Boat races ❤️. The staff is extremely courteous, they upgraded our room, and even when we took a meal without dessert, they insisted and fed us dessert like we do in Indian families. Best pool. Best rooms. Best views. The amenities might feel a bit expensive but it’s well placed in the city for you to get everything within 500 mtrs. Overall, a brilliant stay that made our trip memorable.

We came here for 69th nehru snake boat race. Ramada offers the view of finishing line. They too arrange various views to watch boat race rooftop with a. C. Along with lunch and high tea. Ms. Parvathi from travel desk, tino, jishna were amazing during our stay. Ms. Parvathi helped us with backwaters cruise ride arranged by ramada for our family inclusive of lunch and high tea. 3 hours serene ride with clean boat and courteous staff along with good food. Ms. Parvathi also assisted us with the cab arrangements for last minute change by cab aggregator ola and uber. Must visit place, lot of memories to carry back

Room, facilities are good. Thank ms. Parvathi of traveldesk to arrange the board ride and accommodating our late eve calls the day before. Ms. Min u is the only saving grace in the restaurant during the breakfast time. Am sorry to note that the service otherwise is very poor. The resources either look demotivated or disinterested to attend to our needs. Our needs were simple like seeking hot water, glasses for water & cutleries. We had to bother only ms. Min u for all our needs and she did attend gladly. I wish the shortfall in the services is duly noted and ms. Min u is rewarded for being the torch bearer.

I travel-led with my wife and son for a week-long kerala trip and my first day was at allepey ramada and i am happy to share my feedback and it is very positive about this Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey which i had booked with makemytrip. The only negative of this Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey was the wi-fi which was not up to the mark and i must say that in all the Ramada by Wyndham Alleppeys i stayed, this was a major setback. The Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey staff’s were helpful polite and very professional. I would recommend this Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey to every family travel-ling to allepy.

Location of the property is excellent, right on the banks of punamada lake. View from superior rooms make the day. The property can be maintained a bit more as the wooden flooring of the room is on the verge of giving up. Also the lights in superior rooms can be a bit more lit. I understand that's the theme of those rooms as ample lights come from outside during the day time, but during evening and night it feels a bit dark inside. Apart from this no complaints, the food is good, staff and service is excellent. Would love to revisit the property if i get a chance again.

Stay at ramada alleppey was good experience. Got room has lake view and wonderful experience watching house boat passing through the lake. Cons : breakfast was not up to mark mark of star Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey. Items spread for breakfast was targeting north india food. My many concern was none of the food was hot. There should be some mechanism to serve hot food in spite of air conditioning like other star Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey does for the breakfast buffet to keep food hot. The Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey has a beautiful view of the backwaters…the staff is very supportive and friendly…the rooms are clean …the food is superb…the restaurant has a range of dishes… highly recommended and is perfect for holiday!

Hospitality by staff of Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey is excellent. Rooms are neat and clean. Lake view room gives you ultimate experience while seeing house boat from your room. Restaurent breakfast is good but they can add more variety of food in breakfast. I had great experience in boat house with lunch provided by Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey. Good big Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey overlooking backwaters. Has all facilities. Nice place to stay in allepey town. Has all activities around.

The Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey is located near the lake and gives a pleasant view of the lake. The staffs were really nice and the food was awesome. Overall a great experience

Stay was very comfortable, clean rooms and good services.

We had an amazing time at this property. Thanks to them, we got an upgrade from standard to premium. The room was very good with an amazing view of the backwaters. The breakfast served had many options and was very good. The Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey was very close to the backwaters where we took a boathouse.

Had an amazing stay. Staff is humble. Food is delicious. Lavish property. Had an free upgrade to suite. Amazing location with best view. Couldn’t ask for more.

Ramada alleppey is located at one of the best scenic spots of alapuzha. The view of the vembanadu lake from the Ramada by Wyndham Alleppey room is amazing. We can see house boats sailing in the lake with tourists. The food in the restaurant is also of high quality with good variety.
