Service is very bad too slow but I think front office staff all are trainee they don’t have any experience for fast cheak in or cheak out and not good behaviour and not pecking up phone also so sorry not up to the mark

It has been a great experience. Room was quite spacious with excellent view of kanchenjunga. Food was delicious and service was very satisfactory

The property is located in the heart of Darjeeling city, offering easy access to major attractions. The food was good, though the menu items were a little limited. The staff were very supportive, and the property was clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place for a perfect and comfortable stay.

Hotel was very good , excellent location, rooms. Value for money

Everything was great, all the staff was courteous. Specially both girls at the reception and both Sahil at the reception as well as room service.

Post my stay, I received a call from the hotel (within 10 mins of leaving - I was at Glenary's ordering breakfast), that apparently one coconut water was missing from the mini fridge. During check-out, my room was checked while I waited at the lobby as a normal procedure for all places. Everything seemed to be fine and I was on my way. A young person, out on a solo travel. Probably the reason why I would receive such a call in the first place. It's insulting and offensive to the guest that you couldn't ensure or keep a track of the stocks and end up making them viewed as guilty of something they never did. Obviously, I'm not paying double costs for things I could buy right from below Ramada, so I didn't even bother checking the Mini Fridge contents more than once (just out of curiosity). And probably that was my mistake. From next time, whenever I see a mini fridge, I'm keeping a click of it while I walk in to my room. Thanks for the lesson Ramada, I'm not returning to your place again after this (my family has been staying there for the past 4 years for all their trips to Darjeeling). I'm keeping the initial review to show that how one experience could make things bitter for guests.

Always excellent ...the staff are wonderful look after you well..I find comfort in the rooms after walking around all day long which we do...just like home...warm clean and as I said so comforting ..only something should be done about the entrance...the smelly drains makes one sick ...all said and done I love this place

Exclusive stay, property is on walking distance to Mall Road, food quality is quite good and hygiene is maintained

Excellence location of Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling

The price value equation is not justified. Similar properties at a lower price are available in the vicinity of Ramada with breakfast option and still with a lower price.

Booked and paid to MMT for two Deluxe twin rooms, but was allotted two Deluxe King rooms (whose prices were less). The rooms had no views Overall good experience, though the property seems to be overpriced during long weekends

I booked this hotel expecting a premium experience, but the stay was extremely disappointing. The room was poorly maintained and nowhere close to the standards advertised. On top of that, there was loud drilling noise from ongoing renovation work, making it impossible to relax. For the price they charge, there are far better options available nearby that actually deliver comfort and value. I would not recommend booking this hotel until they address these issues.

The view and the room were terrible

Stay was nice. Spacious premium rooms with almost all requirements arranged. But a bit lesser are: 1. Bristles come out of toothbrushes when you brush your teeth with hotel provided toothbrush. 2. Amount of shower gel is scanty. Hence, better carry your own. The location is good with many good eateries at walking distance. Right on Mall Road, hence communication no problem. Breakfast included contains a variety of mouthwatering foods. In total, the stay was cozy and comfortable.

Rooms were up to the mark. Staff was cordial. Property location is in the centre of city which makes stay comfortable and convenient. Overall it was a pleasant experience visiting Darjeeling in July 25. I recommend people to try it for sure.
