stay if food is the only priority

The food was good and he easy access to the market with the only good things. The view from the room is pathetic. The spa was not available. There were sounds during the day because of some construction work going on in the Building. The view from the room is another building with Windows. It feels more like an closely placed apartment.

A perfect stay with great hospitality

The hospitality here is genuinely impressive. The location is perfect too, because you don’t have to walk uphill or downhill to reach the hotel, which is such a relief in this area. One of the best things is that the property has its own parking, so you never have to worry about finding a spot. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, which makes the stay even more comfortable. There’s also a well-equipped gym that you can use to keep up with your workouts. And the spacious balcony is a total highlight, offering a beautiful view of Kanchenjungha. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Very sophisticated and beautiful Hotel in Darj

Had a pleasant stay and an excellent experience of their Premium Mountain view room which was more joyful on our trip. We enjoyed the same and also their in house restaurant food quality was very delicious. The staff's behaviour is very polite and helpful.

Stay was comfortable and the service is excellent. Food quality is good. However few items aren't upto the standards like Chicken Curry. Breakfast items are really good.

Service is very bad too slow but I think front office staff all are trainee they don’t have any experience for fast cheak in or cheak out and not good behaviour and not pecking up phone also so sorry not up to the mark

Poor Stay

Post my stay, I received a call from the hotel (within 10 mins of leaving - I was at Glenary's ordering breakfast), that apparently one coconut water was missing from the mini fridge. During check-out, my room was checked while I waited at the lobby as a normal procedure for all places. Everything seemed to be fine and I was on my way. A young person, out on a solo travel. Probably the reason why I would receive such a call in the first place. It's insulting and offensive to the guest that you couldn't ensure or keep a track of the stocks and end up making them viewed as guilty of something they never did. Obviously, I'm not paying double costs for things I could buy right from below Ramada, so I didn't even bother checking the Mini Fridge contents more than once (just out of curiosity). And probably that was my mistake. From next time, whenever I see a mini fridge, I'm keeping a click of it while I walk in to my room. Thanks for the lesson Ramada, I'm not returning to your place again after this (my family has been staying there for the past 4 years for all their trips to Darjeeling). I'm keeping the initial review to show that how one experience could make things bitter for guests.

Always excellent ...the staff are wonderful look after you well..I find comfort in the rooms after walking around all day long which we do...just like home...warm clean and as I said so comforting ..only something should be done about the entrance...the smelly drains makes one sick ...all said and done I love this place
