Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road

My recent stay at Ramada Dehradun was extremely disappointing. The photos online were quite clever — they portrayed a spacious 4-star property, but the reality was completely different. The ceiling height throughout the gallery, room, and even the bathroom was barely around 6 feet. If you have even mild claustrophobia, you will feel suffocated your entire stay. The bathroom flush wasn’t working, the taps were dirty, and overall maintenance was far below acceptable standards. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly do not recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable or pleasant stay.

The overall atmosphere is very caring and fresh. You can go with family, it's very much secured and staff is very humble. The breakfast buffet is excellent with quality ambiance and quality staff making you comfortable and taking care of you.

Good Service and their staff was well trained

I had a pleasant stay at Ramada. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. The breakfast spread was great with plenty of options. The only area that could be improved is the check-in time—it took a bit longer than expected. Overall, it’s a great place for both business and leisure stays. Would definitely recommend!

Ramada is a good property. Breakfast was hearty with lots of variety. Bed was comfy. I find it much better than any other nearby property.

The property was quite average overall. The food quality was very ordinary, and the breakfast was disappointing with limited variety and poor taste. Hygiene standards were below expectations, which affected the overall experience. Unfortunately, I would rate my stay as below average and not worth recommending in its current condition. ⭐️⭐️ — Needs major improvement in food quality, cleanliness, and service.

Very comfortable stay. Location, ambience, amenities, cleanliness everything excellent. Staffs were also cordial and cooperative. Roof Top lounge was good.

Our stay was below expectations. Room was very average, washroom doors not smooth, and hot water supply was irregular. Restaurant was too basic. Worst was the packed breakfast at 6 am—only 2 sandwiches, 2 cupcakes, 2 tea cakes, 1 apple and 1 banana for 4 people, though breakfast was included. Truly disappointing hospitality.

It was superb experience with Ramada. Hotel was prime location, room was spacious with all required amenities. Food quality was very nice and staff were polite. It was superb experience with nice food and location. Room was spacious neat and clean.

Hi, i am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Ramada Dehradun on 11Aug-14Aug. The experience was far below the standards promised by your brand and utterly unacceptable for a property carrying the Ramada name. This booking was made for my in-laws, with the expectation of providing them a comfortable and premium experience, instead the condition of the room and the quality of service caused significant embarrassment to me and my family. From the moment they checked in, the room allocated was in deplorable condition. Despite paying for premium experience the facilities were substandard and lacked basic upkeep. The service was equally disappointing e.g staff were unresponsive to repeated complaints, delays in housekeeping, lack of courtesy. Such negligence is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on your commitment to guest satisfaction. The AC was not working in delux executive room, Water was not coming in bathroom etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at ramada . Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Food and other services are very good . Rooms are well spacious and hygienic.

Despite the hotel was almost empty, they allocated room adjacent to centralized AC unit. Continuous humming sound throughout night. Even after sharing no action or empathetic behaviour about the inconvenience.
