Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road

We had a comfortable and wonderful stay in ramada. The staff at the reception, housekeeping and the restauant were well groomed, good in behaviour, approachable with good customer care and services. The room was good but the bathroom looked small. With shortage of water, the bathtubs must be removed. The bathtub is a big obstacle especially for senior citizens to climb in and get out. This must be removed on priority. Once removed, two glass cabins can be designed, one for making space for shower and the other for relocating the wc. By relocating, the wash basin with platform will be user friendly and thd bathroom will look big and spacious. Till then a nonskid bath mat must be provided to stand on the bathtub for bathing. The cupboard is small. Six hangers must be provided instead of three when rooms are made ready for couple/twin occupancy.

Rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. Food is delicious. Housekeeping staff is also kind and helpful. Front desk staff is very helpful and polite. Rashi from your staff helped a lot to solved any queries and issues. All staff members went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road for anyone visiting dehradun. Every staff member i encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help. One of the best view of mussoorie was from our window.

The Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road has a pleasant ambience. What strikes out the most, is how courteous and helpful the staff is, starting from the bellhop to the duty manager. The food is delicious including the breakfast spread. The only thing i found lacking was an absence of sufficient lighting on top of the mirror's making it difficult to see my face clearly while shaving, or my wife to do her makeup. That's the only reason why i am not giving an excellent for rating. I stayed in a suite, which should actually be called a junior suite.

It always feels pleasure staying here at ramada property all across nation and dehradun one was special due to its ambiance and atmosphere around makes me feel like satisfied and quite happy along with all my friends thanks you ramada and mmt for having these good properties in your list next time i will try to stay as more time as i can in this beautiful property

Location is good, food is nice and quality of food is good. The staff is well trained and groomed. Services are good. One flaw that i noticed is that the heat mode in centralised ac does not work so the Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road provides heaters which has a lot of illumination so ideally speaking you have to sleep in light of you on the heater.

The stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road was comfortable and the breakfast served was warm and elaborate spread made the choice easy. Just the breakfast gets a little boring if you are having to stay for more than two days. Sun-day evening experienced a live gazal night while i had my dinner at the garden cress restaurant which was melodious.

The location is good, central. The rooms are nice, cozy and clean. All facilities are good. The breakfast spread is excellent, so is the food quality. And above all, the staff is wonderful. Well behaved, polite, helpful. Special mention for kehkashan, ayushee, nadeem and kanhaiya. They treated us wonderfully. Very impressed with the overall stay experience

Hygiene quality waa very good, food was very delicious, all Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road staff were very humble and generous.

The best part of the Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road is it’s location. Even if you are not going by your own vehicle, tourists places are nearby. Second best part is it’s service. Worth the cost.

I stayed there earlier also, every time got good experience. I food and service was good, aminities was also enough, it was fulfilling the general requirement

The property was luxurious and it was located at the heart of dehradun not so away from airport and the local sightseeings. The food was well cooked and extremely delicious amd the service needs to be more efficient.

We were their for a night to celebrate a birthday with family. Rooms were clean and the food was good. Special shout-out to the staff as they were polite and helpful. Kids would have loved it if their pool was functional and their was some recreation area for them. Overall a nice stay in a nice property!

Property location is easy to find and reach property is safety and hygiene wise perfect food is delicious and more over breakfast buffet has 20 plus items everything is more fresh and tasty than others, Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road staff is very humble and supportive

Excellent staff at the Ramada by Wyndham Dehradun Chakrata Road with great assistance from make my trip. I had a pleasant stay. Plus good food. The rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom had a jacuzzi. Room delivery was quick.
