Room service is very poor. it took them more than one hour and 5-6 calls to deliver canned drinks to the room

The stay was wonderful, food was delicious and service by reception staff was excellent. The service at restaurant was very good.

Food quality isn't good ....Pathetic its impossible to digest the Ala carte.

The stay was pleasant, and the room was quite good; however, the lobby had an unpleasant odor. Moreover, there were disturbing noises at night. When you arrive, no staff assists with the luggage, but when you’re checking out, they appear promptly to open the car door—clearly expecting a tip. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Overall, it was a good stay, though not an excellent one.

I had the pleasure of staying here with my elderly parents while en route to another destination, and the experience was nothing short of delightful. The property is conveniently located right on the main road, making it very easy to find. The staff deserve special appreciation for their warmth and attentiveness—they immediately arranged a wheelchair and personally escorted my mother to the room even before I had completed the check-in formalities. The amenities are of excellent quality, reflecting thoughtful attention to comfort and detail. While the food is on the pricier side, it is exceptionally delicious, reminiscent of wholesome, home-cooked meals—well worth every penny. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed and would gladly choose to stay here again at the first opportunity.
