Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur

It’s a great, clean, comfortable well equipped Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur. But the service was just not up to the mark of a Wyndham, that they claim to be. When we arrived and asked for someone to bring in the luggage. The question posed to us was “Do you want a person to bring the luggage? ” We had an early check in and the front desk staff on duty had absolutely no clue about procedure. He had to call his superior to find out what was to be done. Then we came down for breakfast and ordered an omlete and a plate of scrambled eggs. We sure got the omlete, but the next plate was two boiled eggs. On the day that we checked in we had two pillows and a cushion a person. On the second day after the room was cleaned, the two cushions went missing and were never seen until we left. Many, many errors that seem to diminish the value of staying at a Ramada. So definitely felt the value for the money I paid was missing.

It was a wonderful stay in this Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur. I am fully satisfied the way this Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur treats their guest's. Check-in was very smooth and fast. Room was very nice with comfortable bed and all the amenities. Food was good and service was excellent. Breakfast is complementary with wide variety of spread. Checkout was also very smooth. I highly recommend this Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur to all the readers on their visit to Jamshedpur.

Nice comfortable Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur. Located centrally. Staff is very polite and efficient. I liked the laundry services too. In room dining is good. They can improve their breakfast spread. I thought their pricing was very competitive. Had a hood time at the quench bar. It was surprisingly well stocked. Needed a late check-out for a couple of hours due to my flight time and the staff politely accomodated.

The stay was pleasant. Staffs were very courteous and pleasant. However room I stayed in needs to work on plumbing. The water from bathtub flowed into the washroom flooding it completely. Also, if you project your Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur to be one with pool, be a professional to make it available to guests at the earliest after being booked for a party. Summing up, it was a pleasant stay but for small hiccups.

My stay at ramada, jamshedpur was really a pleasant one. Located ideally at the heart of the city with everything at a stone's throw. The reception staff was really cooperative and extremely polite. I found that they took utmost care about sanitisation, social distancing etc. Without troubling the guests' privacy and comfort. The food was good and services were impressive.

I stayed twice in this Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur within two months gap. Property location in a peaceful zone without much hustle. Stuffs are courteous. Loved the food. They have got decent rooms few of them are elegant too. Overall good experience both the times. Not to mention food quality is amazing. Also has got a decent breakfast range.

The Ramada is one of the finest in Jamshedpur. The ultimate hospitality, well-furnished rooms, fantastic service and variety of buffet. I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Also, a word of praise for Mr. Vishal at the booking reception he was so humble and really professional to ensure the guest stay is as memorable as possible.

It's a business Ramada by Wyndham Jamshedpur with good quality rooms, although i found the height of the bed more than average, the washroom was clean and with all amenities. The swimming pool was not up to the mark and appeared a bit dirty. Ample breakfast. Most importantly the location is very prime right in the heart of the city.

Room is very spacious, it is peaceful and calm ., food service is excellenet. Breakfast buffet is really well spread and served hot & fresh. They are very prompt in room service and are very courteous to guest

Service and attitude of staff. Very good. Check in. Fast and good. Restaurant. Food ok. Not the best. Service good. Could be faster. Overall. 4 stars
