Ramada by Wyndham Kapurthala

The location of the property is very convenient to reach and easily approachable. The food is a great go - provides value for money. Early morning room service may require a little attention. Also, minor leakage through the washbasin's outlet made bathroom usage a little uncomfortable. I hope it was only in the room where i was staying. Overall it was cozy and relaxing.

The location was good, easily approachable. Food was also superb. We booked the rooms ten days before the arrival. The condition of the rooms was good but not up to the level like some toiletries of one room is missing, some lights are not working properly. Also gym and swimming pool was under construction as per told. But yes, overall experience was good.

Staff is very nice and cooperative but the management is poor. The staff is not properly instructed to balance the guests as we had asked for swimming pool which was booked for party and specific time was given but not adhered. Rest everything was very nice food, ambience etc.

I m not that satisfied with your hospitality.... Your service was really slow... And the room provided was also not that great... The AC was not properly working... Although ur food was very good ✨

Nice stay, breakfast was good, rooms were clean. Amenities were missing in one of the rooms, but the staff was responsive

Really wonderful Ramada by Wyndham Kapurthala and hospitality is also wonderful. I love swimming pool and prize. Property is located on the highway.

Good ambiance. Helping staff. Only problem is accessibility to kapurtala. If this can be solved for reasonable charge to customer, it will be very helpful
