Ramada by Wyndham Kasauli

Stayed here with family and found the property to be good in terms of comfort and overall experience. The restaurant was the best thing in this property, the fnb manager prince was very cooperative and made our stay memorable and upto the expectations. The server timmy was very helpful and her cooperation is highly appreciated. The good part of property is comfortable rooms, good restaurant with decent food options on buffet and overall menu, swimming pool was clean but small and some outdoor swings and slides for kids. I star less due to no activities available in resort for adults or teenagers and the hygiene needs to be improved in some areas like carpets outside rooms had some weird smell and towels were not that white and clean which doesn't make you feel good. Overall a good property to stay with family and enjoy the food and views.

The property is located on the main kasauli road. 10-15 mins drive from the kasauli mall road. The washroom was not clean when we checked in so had to call house keeping and get it cleaned. Rooms were with attached balcony and great valley view. The food taste is good. However if you are staying there for more than 2 days be prepared to be served with same menu at breakfast everyday. They should keep different menu since alot of guests stay for minimum 2 days and noone like repetitive food daily. The staff is very helpful and cooperative including the valley services. Overall our stay was comfortable. However special mention to Ramada by Wyndham Kasauli management: boon fire is something which is non chargeable at almost all the good properties. Surprisingly you charge 5k for this basic service.

This property is located outside of hustle and bustle of city so quit and relaxing place. Resorts entry is bit tricky for first time but its doable. Its looks newly build property, all amenities looks new and fresh be it bed, mattress, in room sofa, study setup all perfect. Bathroom super clean and upto the mark. What i loved most is the food, really yummy and amazing. Cherry and the top is the service and staff behaviour, they are so polite and willing to helpful. I would like to make special shout out for ex manager prince and ms soni, they were always available for us for any needs. Really happy with my experience and recommend other travelers to plan their stay.

I went with my wife and small daughter and had a pleasant stay. Overall it was good and did not have any issue. However we found some issues in housekeeping, like when we entered, floor was dirty, curtains are also very dirty. Basic items were not made available like hand towel, bathroom slippers were not available in spite of the fact that they have got all those things available in Ramada by Wyndham Kasauli. So we felt that there was a lack of professionalism. Food was good and restaurant staff was also very nice and quick. I feel, staffs were less compared to volume that they were handling.

Had a great stay at the ramada kasauli, it is conveniently located enroute to kasauli and thus avoids the typical traffic jams of the kasauli city bazaar. The weather was a welcome change with diurnal temperatures being between 21 and 34 degree centigrade in early jun. The property is laid out at different vertical levels and this affords spectacular views of the valley and kasauli town itself. Welcoming and prompt staff, comfortable rooms and the open air terrace restaurant add to the charm. All this made it a very pleasant stay. Thanks

The property is well suited for a family holiday. Rooms are tastefully done up. The outdoor setting for the dining & lounging is ultimate add on the experience here. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The location is good too. Ample parking space and room with valley view and balcony is supeb. Happy with our short stay at the ramada. Would love to repeat the experience in the coming times. The competitive rates added to the beauty of this place !

The location is facing the sunset. So would not get the sunrise view this we can’t understand till we go there the property is well maintained thought the swimming pool is small and lot of bleaching powder in it there are constructions going around so there was lot of disturbance till late night main kasauli is 4 kms away from the location where is seemed peaceful the food was good but rates are very high a little cut down would do services were good

Location of property is excellent. Views are superb. Hospitality is fine. Following are the problems we faced 1. Children fun area is not working. They told us it's under renovation don't know the truth 2. Pool is not heated one to be used in winters even the charges are quite high both these facilities should be there if u are charging so much and ramada is known for good facilities if both these are not a problem for u then it's excellent property

If not ramada kausauli then this trip would have been not so enjoyable as we wore expecting and excited.

It was a nice stay with very well behaved n polite staff. Their food was also very delicious.. over all had an awesome experience staying at his property 😃..looking forward to visit again in near future to experience it again

Excellent location best hygiene

The Ramada by Wyndham Kasauli is located close to mall (5km) and you can get premium rooms at an affordable rates. We enjoyed the breakfast and the dinner (biryani) served. Taste was great and you can enjoy the sunset from your balcony.

Location was great with mountain view rooms. Had kids play area and good breakfast with many options. Roof top restaurant also had good dinner options. Food was delicious, would certainly try again next time

Stay is awsome. We r relaxed now. Excellent.

Pros: swimming pool, rooms are clean with a nice balcony to enjoy the view, nice breakfast cons: exorbitant rates for dining menu are totally unacceptable. I would urge the management to take a more realistic view on the rates.
