Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center

Hotel services were very good and professional. One big issue we faced that was guest can't go to room for meeting for atleast 10 minutes after 8 pm while we already checked in after 9:30 pm. Then how it was possible that anyone can meet to us before 8PM . Second thing visitors can't enter in the room while our guest was unable to walk. he checked in the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center with the help of wheelchair it was in acknowledgement of the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center staff . But I will be thankful of the head of that was present there he asked with their senior managers and then they allowed the visitors to enter in the gastroom . The the guest hoisted in the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center was very honoured person he was honoured with Paddmashree award for his contribution in in social work to improve more than Lakhs of the great Tribal people of our India .We will request to make a change in policy in some specific condition. After other experience is of the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center was very excellent room service was very good clean and within the time the outer place was good enough to morning walk . The of staying in the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center Ramada by window Lucknow was very good on only a experience was behaviour of the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center staff with our visitors. thank you and we will request to make change in policy in special case । When the guest already checked in after 9:00 p.m. it was impossible to the visitors to visit before 8:00 p.m. to meet with the guest. The Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center staff can understand it very easily.

We stayed at ramada Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center at the end of january this year and overall, we had a positive experience. The Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center’s ambiance, rooms, and corridors were excellent. However, we encountered a slight issue with room service; we requested water bottles in the morning, but they were not delivered until we asked again later in the night. On the positive side, everything else was well-organized, and the staff promptly prepared baby food whenever we requested it. It’s worth mentioning that the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center’s location is quite distant from the main city and airport, resulting in approximately one hour of travel time to reach both the city center and various sightseeing locations. Despite the minor inconvenience, we appreciate the overall quality of our stay at ramada Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center.

Excellent property, good ambiance, good and spacious rooms, best quality toiletries. Courteous staffs, house keeping is praise worthy, reception and lobby are beautiful, food is awesome, especially the breakfast. Mind blowing morning tea at the restaurant. The buffet has plenty of choices. Cater to any personal need. Spa services are too good, gym and club house is worth spending few hours. Library facilities are unique. In house travel assistance at reasonable price. We enjoyed in the swimming pool during our stay. Both my wife and daughter were satisfied with my choice o f this resort. Over all value for money. Worth a good memory. Will recommend both mm t and ramada to my friends.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center. Everything about the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This was my first stay at ramada. Was a great experience. Though the Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center is a little far away from lucknow city the overall experience is good. Cleanliness is something to be spoken about. Very neat and clean property. The hospitality is awesome. The rooms are good but may require some more maintenance. The food quality is excellent, though it looked overpriced. Room service and assistance provided is wonderful. Would recommend this for everyone based on my overall experience.

One of the most premium properties of lucknow. I have checked for the room quite late in night but they made it available without charging a premium price. They were kind enough to hand over the breakfast packets for my long travel despite we checking out early. Rooms were comfortable and room service was amazing. Food, taste, ambience and overall vibe of the place was superb. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed our stay.. Ramada by Wyndham Lucknow Hotel and Convention Center building is superb with lot of things to do like swimming.. dinning etc.. staff is friendly... rooms are clean and spacious... food is little expensive but the taste is awesome.. very good place for a little break near our city we like to visit again and must recommend others to go and have a experience 👍

A huge and well maintained property in lucknow, courteous staff in all sections and departments. Sufficient spread of food items in buffet of breakfast and dinner which were very testy and the dining room staff were very polite and co-operative. Rooms were quite good in size and full of amenities. We had a delightful and comfortable stay with all my family members.

Property is good but location is very bad it’s far away. Food was good and their was lot of varieties. Rooms are small as compared to other ramada properties. Overall a good stay. Pool was very small.
