The locating can't get any better, right next to picture palace, the walk upto library is barely 3 km with just one major slope to manage, rest all is a nice easy walk. Ample parking, really helpful and attentive staff. At the breakfast the staff actually remembered my type of egg requirement from the previous day. Only a little disappointed that the ccd coffee machine was chargeable even at the buffet, i mean that's like being a little to stingy in a place like ramada. You can literally walk upto char dukan from the Ramada By Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road, steep walk but doable for sure. Overall nice rooms, spacious setting, they even have a spa inside ( a little too expensive i think ), the food quality is nice, although the bakery which is probably outsourced not that much. Good breads at breakfast make all the difference.

Another good service to highlight is their spa. Professionals are well trained and it is must try service their for all specially when you reach their by car long drive. I would love to come back back again.

Sceptical initially with high prices, everything just justifies when you enter the property. Staff was very welcoming. They reached out to me one day in advance and informed me about the last mile travel. They provided us early checkin too. Rooms were very clean and is absolutely look a like to the picture on this app. However, i think maybe it should have been explicitly mentioned that which rooms have balcony and which doesn't. Morning breakfast was an absolute feast. So many varieties. Services was top-notch. We even got complimentary evening snacks which had limited options but there was no compromise on taste.

We stayed in ramada, mussoorie for 3 days. It’s a beautiful property located right near mall road which makes it convenient to go for a walk in mall road area be at day or night. Out side vehicles are not allowed beyond taxi stand, hence the Ramada By Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road sends its car to pick up the guests n luggage is cart by the porter. Room was clean n cosy with mountain view balcony. Food was good both buffet breakfast and alacarte. Staff was courteous and helpful. It’s a good property to stay with family and kids specially if you want to stay near mall road

We visited The Sylverton resort, Mussoorie from 2nd to 4th January 2020. This is one of the best Ramada By Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road in Mussoorie. Would give 5 out of 5 to their cleanliness, hospitality, variety of food. The location of this Ramada By Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road is in main market. The variety of food they provide is exceptional. The co-operation which we get from staff is amazing. Rooms are also very neat and clean. This property is well furnished, behaviour of staff is very good and cooperative. Location is beautiful and night view of dehradun is marvelous, spacious garden and dining area located gives marvelous look. The morning view' is very nice. Ambience is good and location is good and soothing. Overall experience is good. Honest staff, i forgot my goggle while returning housekeeping staff handed over the same at reception counter. It shows their loyalty to visitors and owners of property.

Our stay was really amazing. The Ramada By Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road is situated right near the entry point to the mall road. It's near a very busy road but you would hardly feel like that. It's very calm and peaceful. Only some guests caused nuisance on our last day here but apart from that everything was great. We booked the valley garden view room located on the ground floor. We had private access to the lawn and it felt really nice to sip coffee in mussoorie winter mornings.

Stayed for 3 nights in non view superior room. Everything about Ramada By Wyndham Mussoorie Mall Road is good! we were given king size bed with an extra bedding complimentary for kid. Room size is good, well equipped and ignis toiletries in bathroom. Ample parking space. Good breakfast buffet. Courteous staff. Clean lawns. Smooth check in and check out process. The only thing i missed was a good view balcony room.

There should be better social distancing protocols

I stayed here for 2 nights. Hotel is situated in good location with valley view. Behaviour of every staff member is very impressive. And food is also very tasty.
