The rooms were full of dirt and the toilet hardware were all rusted and even the flow of the water was not good. Most of the holes in hand shower were not working and i couldn't even change the settings of the flow. Highly disappointed from a brand name like Ramada.

Overall I would rate it 7/10. Location for us was perfect as we used the train to travel to chennai n we had work in the north of Chennai. Very convenient location that way . Food was average , service in the restaurant was basic . Room service ok . Bathroom was clean but they shud keep it fragrant as there is no exhaust

My recent stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Chennai Egmore was generally pleasant, though with some areas for improvement. The location is a major positive, offering excellent connectivity and proximity to Egmore Railway Station and other key city points. The common areas, including the lobby and restaurants, felt clean and well-maintained, suggesting a good focus on general safety and hygiene. The room I stayed in was spacious and quiet, which was great for a restful night. However, the bathroom fittings felt a little dated, and I'd recommend a full renovation of the fixtures to enhance the guest experience. The complimentary breakfast food was excellent, offering a wide and delicious spread with both Indian and Continental options. This was certainly a highlight of the stay. The staff and services were truly outstanding. From the front desk to the room service team, everyone was courteous, friendly, and very prompt. They went above and beyond to ensure any request was handled quickly and with a smile, which truly elevates the overall experience. Rooms were good Food was okay because it was cold Ac was not working at all Even after changing the room Ac didn’t work No water bottles to take away Rooms are big and comfortable But twing beds are way too small and uncomfortable Stay was average Because Ac wasn’t working in both the rooms And we changed the room because of that but no use It doesn’t go below 24 Which was the worst experience Food was very cold Taste was ok but cold food doesn’t really work And water bottles weren’t allowed to take away

I stayed at Ramada Egmore, Chennai on 22–23 September. The stay was fairly okay until the checkout experience completely ruined it. At the reception, I was asked whether I had consumed anything from the room. I honestly replied that I had eaten cookies. The receptionist then called housekeeping, and after a few minutes they falsely claimed that a KitKat wrapper was found and that a Snickers bar was missing. This was shocking because at the time of check-in, I had taken a video of the entire room which clearly shows that there was no Snickers chocolate in the fridge. The staff not only tried to blame me for something I never consumed, but it appears they themselves ate it and attempted to charge me for it. Only after I showed them the video did they backtrack and apologize. For a reputed brand like Ramada, this is a horrible and unprofessional practice. Such behavior damages guest trust and spoils the entire experience. I strongly urge the management to take serious action against the housekeeping staff involved, otherwise incidents like this will push loyal customers away from your property. Think twice before booking here.

The Ramada hotel is very amazing, and the facilities are good. The reception is very good and valet parking is good. Every reception list and hotel stars are polite attitude like the swimming pool. The restaurant is very good and taste is so good. The reception is very special and waiting. Hall. Neat and clean. The rooms are very good with enough space and with the table with a chair that I haven’t seen in many hotels, the washroom is very clean and I like the view from the room, totally, I like the hotel, and it’s the one of the Best. I have visited. Thank you for joyful experience.
