Stay at ramada was excellent. As we arrived early morning by train and we thought that we won't get room b4 noon but the Ramada Encore By Wyndham Statue of Unity reception started allotting rooms as per check outs so we could get it b4 10 am. Hotel is conveniently located adjacent to shreshta bharat bhavsn bus station which is the best. Very good ambience, neat and clean. Food ( breakfast good spread and tasty, dinner was also good and neither oily nor much spicy. Reception staff mr manish and his team including his night shift person were very approachable and helpful. Restaurant team were always on their toes willing to serve. Met mr sway-am and ms tejal who were restaurant team. Entire team were doing their best inspite of the rush of guests. I'm quite sure the senior management is taking care of all the staff which shows. Overall i would recommend ramada as 1st choice if anyone plans to visit sou. God blesd

the stay at ramada encore at rajpipla was super good and the restaurant was excellent. the location of the Ramada Encore By Wyndham Statue of Unity on the banks of river narmada is awesome. the amenities and ambience are exquisite. except for the concerns and neglect we faced at the reception desk for an early check-in request for 2-3 rooms out of the 10 rooms that we booked, for which we started our follow-up with the Ramada Encore By Wyndham Statue of Unity from 2 months back from our booking date till the date of check-in, everything else was awesome. the reception team needs special training for an empathetic approach to the guests. the team at the restaurant offered the best service during our breakfast. the overall experience is wonderful 😃👍

Good location, courteous staff, clean room and good food. Just a couple of suggestions - only one dental kit was provided though we had booked a double room. Breakfast included signature gujarati dhokla but the imli(tamarind) chutney was missing. My friend had to unnecessarily check out and later was given the same room to checkin. In her room(209, bathroom fittings were rusted. So while overall experience was good, these things can be improved. Masala chai, masala omlette and dal khichdi with vegetables was excellent!

My stay at ramada encore by wyndham statue of unity, rajpipla was amazing. Would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family. The service was excellent. I had my small daughter with me and the restaurant staff was extra helpful in making sure she is comfortable and would make the food the way we wanted for her. Lovely hospitality, they were kind enough to give us an early checkin as well

Ramada encore was a perfect stay at sou. Beautiful view of narmada from the room, nice rooms, excellent spread of breakfast - all in all, a great deal. The staff is courteous. It is the last spot for personal vehicles.
