Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana

The stay at ramada was comfortable. Location is good, far from the crowded area. It is easy to locate, right on the highway. Food was reasonably good, but the high priced compared to similar star Ramada by Wyndham Neemranas. However, the staff needs better training. My son got a service from the spa. While, checking out, the said spa service was billed twice. I had made full payment by card for everything including spa. I understood the mistake after the payment was made. The front office checked and confirmed that it was a mistake on their part. For giving me the refund for the spa service, they were clueless and made wait for half an hour. Since, there are not many good Ramada by Wyndham Neemranas in this town, they are getting business. Rating is average for this Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana. Golden home stay is located in a very good area, located very close to pvr anupam and shops. It's a peaceful place. The staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent food is served here which is better than restaurant food. Room, we booked was big and had a large bathroom. Only problem is, they don't have a lift to reach the upper floors. For a short stay, this is a great choice both for families and single women.

This is the 2nd time i am booking a ramada Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana. And it is always a memorable stay for me and my family. Thou this time it was an offseason trip so the Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana was apparently empty. There were only 2 or 3 guests including us, so the turn down part was that there was no dinner buffet. Which was understandable to me since the Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana was minimum booked. But it would have be great if a heads up was provided while booking the Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana.

Location was hospitality was good. Furniture needs repair and touching. Room service was very fast but food service in restaurant was very very slow needs to improve specially in day we ordered food and we have to wait near about 40-45minutes. As we asked the person who had taken our order. He said room service is more at weekend and so it's taking time. Overall experience was good staff was co operative and helpful. Love to stay there.

A great place to stay specially the people who come to visit neemrana fort 15th century Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana. We had stayed there for two days and were amazed by the service received by the Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana staff. Every staff were very polite and given us the amazing services. The stay at this Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana has been a pleasure and the star was the food. We enjoyed all the cuisines served to us for the trip. We opted for the buffet for dinner and breakfast and for lunch we resorted to the a la crate menu. It was a scrumptious delight. The staff here is very helpful and swift with their work. Special kudos to the restaurant ambrosia staff! overall, great experience!

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 2 kids. I booked a twin bed room with bathtub. Stay was comfortable and the pool was also nice and we'll maintained. One part that i didn't liked was their game room - the mat of pool table was torn and games were also sub standard. Also the carpet of the lobby didn't had a good smell. Room was nice and service was also good.

We booked ramada and this is best price. Now this is best Ramada by Wyndham Neemrana in this location. U can access swimming pool, gaming area, and buffet, and room r superb, bathroom r superb with bathtub. Fantastic stay. Don't forget to bring swimming suit.

I have booked through mmt & food was not enough good. Amenities in the room was great and on their respective places. Room service was excellent however in f&b it was missing.

Entire stay experience was great! 4/5 rating! 5/5, if you repair the mini fridge in the rooms and add additional light to the washrooms in the rooms as well!

For delhi ncr people it's nice property for staycation 2 hours drive from dhaula kuan. Nicely maintained property. Swimming pool as usual is the usp here. Nothing to see around. Fort is around 15 minutes away. Recommended

Property location is good and amenities are also good but room cleanliness and staff management is poor. It should work on the amenities also. Most of the place remains closed with no one to attend. Food quality is average.

Every thing was alright except the bed which should be more comfortable like little hard, so that visitors could sleep comfortably.
