Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Jammu

Dear Team, This is to inform you about my recent and very disappointing experience at Ramada Plaza. I have seen this property many times from the highway and always wanted to stay here. This time, I finally decided to book a room and expected a comfortable stay. However, the experience was far from satisfactory. When we arrived at the reception, the staff handed me a used key envelope, which did not create a good first impression. After entering the room, we found that although the room was okay, the washroom glass was not clean. Next, the internet was not working. I called the service/help desk, and the reception shared a password, but it still did not work. The TV was also not working because the dish connection was not recharged. I called the reception again, and they said they would recharge it, but no action was taken. Additionally, the room did not smell fresh. It seemed that the housekeeping team had not used any room freshener or fragrance. For a room costing per night, this level of service is extremely disappointing. Because of this bad experience, I left the property the next morning without having breakfast. I truly regret booking this hotel, and I will not be booking this property again in the future, nor will I recommend it to anyone. I feel that my money was completely wasted. I will also be posting this feedback on social platforms so that others can save their money and avoid such an experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your service quality.

I just found this property in MakeMyTrip. Many wahi make my Tip Se kara Maadali, but Mera Saari Raat Tunga Jo Aisi chal raha Buddha Jiski Bhaja Se mujhe 5 AM Hi Jack Karke jaana Bada tu Mera worst worst experience raha Abe tu Mera Sudarshan Ayegi Thoda Sapne ACB Gandhiji.

M third time visit this hotal what this time room is not clean

Food is good. But getting transport to get out of hotel and sightseeing are extremely difficult. The hotel is in remote area and no taxis are available to pick up. I started worrying that I may not get taxi for airport on last day. Only one of hotel employee came for a rescue and agree to drop with a money paid to him personally. Other amenities like room maintenance are very average

My recent stay at Ramada Plaza in Vijaypur was far from what one expects from a reputed hotel. The property is divided into two separate buildings – Block A and Block B – with the reception housed in Block A. We were allotted a room in Block B, and simply moving between the two buildings was a hassle. Even the staff appeared confused navigating this setup. The experience only worsened once we reached the room. The air conditioning wasn’t switched on when we arrived – a basic courtesy that was completely overlooked. The staff member who dropped off our luggage didn’t even bother to assist or orient us to the room. He left without a word, showing a clear lack of hospitality. Overall, the hotel seems understaffed and poorly managed. The stay was uncomfortable and disappointing — definitely not up to the standards one expects from a Ramada property.

It was good . Ambience was nice . Location was cool And soothing

Hotel is no doubt a good property at a good location. Food is also great. The staff is also polite and professional specially restaurant staff. One thing which I felt misleading was the swimming pool as it is mentioned but they say it is not operational. The same thing happened with us last year. Either we should show and fulfill otherwise not.

Though the location is quite outside the main city, the environment is good with great interiors and friendly and cooperative staff.

Very nice location with a great atmosphere and having excellent facilities with nice service and very clean rooms and a peaceful atmosphere morning buffet was excellent it was such a nice experience and very helpful staff I love it

It was a truly splendid experience right from the comfort to the dining -in experience . The staff too was quite cooperative and extended a wholehearted service . The food was intricately prepared suiting our taste palates yet was spot on . The provision of the extra bedding was also apt . The room gave a compact yet cozy and chic look . The parking too was available 24/7 . Overall it was a memorable trip and we are elated to have made Keys by Lemon tree a part of our intineary .

Overall Good experience room was very hygienic and clean . But morning buffet is very expensive the last time

Stay was good Food quality and nature of staff was so pleasant

property location is at quite location of city but near to the place I wanted to visit. it is at no traffic zone. calm and peaceful place. food was good, and tasty. dine in and all carte services were provided by hotel which is appreciated. the staff was nice, specially Bhupinder ji from IT..who is master of all jack. ..thanks Bhupinder ji for all your efforts.

Very un professional staff, dirty rooms, bad service, this is not expected from Ramada
