Pathetic experience this time in Ramada, right from arrival with delay in room availability, rude staffs, very poor room quality, 0 cleanliness, switch boards were not working, lot of construction noise throughout, had to call multiple times to get basic things like water etc, worst part was when the room dining person questioned me back for asking baby milk - saying “Sir you ordered that yesterday as well - 24hours back”, they even charged me for baby food which I actually ordered as customised one or else they’re just serving khichdi as baby food. In my 4 days of stay I’ve seen every 2nd guest on the arrival desk fighting with the reception team that in itself tells how bad and rude they’ve been to the guests. Another highlight was - in my relatives room the entire switch boards right in the middle of the double bed fell off at midnight, all wires were in the bed, they’ve actually converted twin sharing single bed room to double bed and have a switch boards right on your head.

Average staff working and behaviour. Give more staff in hotel and more caring guests.

Location is good, although the property is quite old and needs renovation. Overall it’s a decent place, but the service is not up to the mark. Renovation work is currently going on, which causes a lot of noise pollution. The place is also overpriced and does not feel like a true 5-star property. Too expensive also. Food is also very poor.

The hotel is in a nice location, and rooms are good. However, everything else is eclipsed by a very poor service culture. Hotel staff, especially the front desk personnel are not adequately trained and are not hospitable. It is as if they are suspicious of the guests. I would strongly recommend hotel management to invest in hospitality training.

Hotel rooms at 1st floor need to be improved. Poor WiFi. Water leakages. Staff is good. Location is good.

Poor housekeeping and non-responsive staff compounded by unimaginative end repeated breakfast menu. Were told there is no General Manager incumbent. Bad experience in a good hotel.

All in all the experience was good. The washroom is very slippery, also, did not like the dinner buffet much.

Propert well kept but the food is not great. Repetitive breakfast, average quality fruits, and extremely high prices for ordered items. Overall not great value for money.

Hotel couldn’t provide a blanket or sleeping place to driver. With Varanasi being a religious place often elderly travel with driver and need that support system at hotel. Charging 22k for a room and yet not providing basic sleeping dormitory to driver is below human standards.

There was a foul odor in the washroom, and I also discovered a dead cockroach in the room. Additionally, the toiletries had not been refilled and were not up to standard. The only aspect I appreciated was the buffet, which was satisfactory.

Our recent stay did not meet our expectations. From check-in to check-out, we found the experience to be quite disappointing.

location, room is ok. Food was not good. Chef needs to be changed or may be need more exp one . taste less breakfast. unnecessary complexed the taste. sambhar , or bhaji or chane .. nothing was good. neither of any day. one incident... i asked for aloo paratha and one paratha was kept on the self .. chef said take that .. i said its cold can u make the fresh one. boy said yes maam . and i went .. later i saw chef reheating that same paratha n giving . not accepted BOSS. kher .. i would have accepted if any of the food would have been good taste .

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The service was extremely poor — staff were unresponsive and seemed uninterested in helping guests. The food quality was below average; it was cold, tasteless, and clearly not freshly prepared. For the price they charge, I expected much better service and hospitality. Definitely not recommended.

Facilities and Amenities were very poor,no hot Water,not a Single Smoking room at the Property,Poor Staff,Even luggage was not kept by the staff in the Car

The stay was average. The property is good but there were lot of power cuts. Also there are no cribs for infants which one expect in a good hotel like this one.

Property was clean compared to all other properties we saw at Varanasi but we had to change rooms twice due to poorly maintained rooms. Food quality was average and most of the items in the menu were not available which was a bit shocking.

Renovation was going on upper floor,so drilling was on,felt like drilling on our head.if this was the scene ,they shouldn't accept booking.

Rooms were very bad standard and the washroom floor was broken. This hotel needs to refurbish itself to sustain the name of its brand
