Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow

I traveled with my family for a one night stay. The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow gives an impression as if it is still in the development phase and has actually not reached the level of maturity. The staff is very friendly and courteous though many of them working there are trainees. Two Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknows inside and two restaurants confused me and I had to get things clarified on my own. Nothing awesome for small kids. They do have table tennis, snooker and carrom. Basic gym facility and a very small pool which does not have any temperature control. Food was very good though I expected more variety. We had an issue with the air conditioner as it was not functioning. But they did change our room at 2 p.m in the night. We were disturbed though. Overall an Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow with good value for money just for a short stay.

While checking in faced little issue with the entry, there was traffic with huge mess, due to some construction, but in night when we came. Back from some freinds place from lucknow, we faced traffic jamm of an hour and there was no road cut from other side to Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow gate, we have to go 600 meter ahead and then got a u turn and there was huge traffic jamm of trucks and other commercial vehicles, it took and hour to reach Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow.

Beautiful place. I would say one of the best Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknows in Lucknow. Slightly on outskirts, but for me it worked out as my visit purpose was also on the outskirts. Staff is amazing. Gym is huge . Swimming pool is beautiful. And unlimited snooker and TT. Food was amazing. And in room dining is 24/7, which was my prime requirement. And yes all this at complete value for money. 10/10 Staff Rating 👍

The property is lavish being located outside the city. The Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow is nice as expected with the brand. It was the buffet that was surprising. Huge and lavish spread with a very appealing and tasty menu. Facilities were good with both indoor and outdoor activities available. Nice pool especially for tiny tots. Went for a getaway but would have liked to stay longer.

Everything was really nice. This was an awesome stay for us. It was a group stay and we really enjoyed ourselves a lot. Starting with the staff behaviour, breakfast and food quality was great. Also, the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow was neat and clean. Its a recommended stay. I like the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow very much.

The very first thing the service was excellent and overall experience were great the food quality was good the menu was excellent but some regular dishes were missing the swimming pool was a bit dirty in the morning. The staff was a cooperating and had a great service attitude we loved our stay at ramada

Room and room services ate very good but the food quality is very poor and tasteless. Breakfast is very poor and the break fast area doesn't match to 4 or 5 star Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknows standards.

Lovely Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow, marvelous space for kids to manouver. Environment friendly polite staff and very cooperative. Genuine cusilinary. Nice endeavour.

The location is far from the city. Other than that everything was great about the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow. Worth the money

Food was good amenities were standard location too far away it is a convention centre and less of a Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Lucknow too many people at the lobby

The stay was good just had an issue with the reception they dont pick the call and there response is a little slow
