Dirty dull rooms, roof leakage, no water in bathroom taps, no kettle for tea, no hand towels....worn out sofas . No parking in hotel, I had to park in a side street. Not at all value for money..

Food was food. There were some cleaning issues for chairs around high tea area. Location is 20+ kms from airport. Roads are bad and take 30-45 mins. Hotel charged 18% GST on food even when room rent was under 7500

Had a nice comfortable stay here. hotel has many amenities like well managed pool, play area , gym and spa etc. Food was not up to mark or rather tasteless. Somewhat disappointed for this. Booked breakfast and dinner both , both were similar. Room was great and service is great. Thanks for hospitality but please work on the food without which stay doesn't count as fulfilling.

Fantastic room , Got upgraded to a suite. Functional facilities great shower pressure. Food was good as well.

Unprofessional hotel staff.A very good example of a very bad hotel

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent. Bad behavior by staff, bad impression
