I recently had the pleasure of staying at Saura Hotel, Agra ramada in agra for one night, and i must say it was a delightful experience. The property itself is impressive, with its well-maintained grounds and inviting ambiance. From the moment i arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured a smooth check-in process. One highlight of my stay was the food. The Saura Hotel, Agra's restaurant offered a delectable variety of dishes, and i was truly impressed with the quality and taste of the food. It was a culinary delight that added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Additionally, the swimming pool was a great feature of the Saura Hotel, Agra. It provided a relaxing escape from the agra heat, and i thoroughly enjoyed my time by the poolside. Overall, Saura Hotel, Agra ramada in agra left a positive impression on me. The property, delicious food, and the refreshing swimming pool all contributed to a memorable one-night stay. I would definitely consider returning for a longer visit in the future.

It was a short overnight stay. The room was very comfortable especially the bed. The dinner was excellent butter chicken and naans. The breakfast buffet had a lot of variety but the flavours were lacking. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. But the Saura Hotel, Agra cannot be called a 5star. Also a little more attention needs to be given by housekeeping. The door to the room had dirty hand stains, the mini fridge wasn't working ( though they changed it. And the toiletries are not upto the mark. But i was very impressed by the honesty of the staff. I accidentally left my ipad in the Saura Hotel, Agra and promptly received a call from them informing me of the same. It was heartwarming and very appreciated

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights with breakfast for my family, had a very good experience, location is just adjacent to the highway and near to all the main tourist spots, service was great, rooms were nice and well maintained, i gave 4 star rating only because i think there is scope of improvement when it comes to food, breakfast buffet had an average spread for a 4 star Saura Hotel, Agra and both days the menu was almost same only 5% change and the other thing is the food price is quite high, which forces you to normally go and eat outside. They should consider lowering it down by atleast 20-25% as no appetizer or main course dish is less then 500-600- and quantity isn't much either to justify these prices.

Pros: - location - room & comfortable bed - kudos to the housekeeping staff - decent size property cons: - food was not as per 5 star standards should be learned from taj oberoi/itc - location is a bit far off (7 kms away) from the main city - swimming pool not cleaned at all + towels are dirty with full of stains & best part is staff is not bothered to listen. - the kids play area was dirty, all the toys were broken. Zero maintenance. - front desk staff needs more training to deal with multiple queries during peak time.

Smiling and welcoming guard makes you feel special at the lobby and pleasing front desk who are quick with the check in formalities. Room size is good for a couple and bed is comfortable. Dinner spread is lavish and again the restaurant staff serves hot breads at your table. If you like to have few drinks before dinner do not miss their bar which alongside pool. Overall a great experience and will surely visit again

Hotel is good and location is also good. Food is also excellent. They give you a welcome drinks. Only thing i found to improve is timely service when you call a service desk as some of the time no body picks up and when picks up their response takes times as most of the time they need to check with others guys for any requirements from guests like extra bed/mattress they charge so they check with others.

It was good experience as always. We are regular guest of this Saura Hotel, Agra comes frequently. The Saura Hotel, Agra staff was very polite specially suparna helped us in every way. The atmosphere is cozy and friendly. I like the food so much. Spa e?perience was excellent with trained staff. Overall it was lovely and relaxing throughout. I will definitely visit again in couple of month. Thanks

It’s was a pleasant experience at the property, neat and clean hygienic, staff was very polite and cooperative and supportive. Bful ambiance neat md clean. Rooms, delicious food we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner and different dishes were served and were tasty too. We had amazing stay at the property highly recommended.

Excellent property and very convenient to us c activities. Front desk staff is extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. Property is clean and has a fantastic location. Hygiene is really taken care of, i would surely visit again.

Good stay. The location of the Saura Hotel, Agra was a good choice, around 6 km away from the city, otherwise agra is a very crowded city. Services were good and promt. Had lovely buffet menu. Room size could have been a little better. Overall nice stay.
