We had a wonderful experience at Ramada Cochin. We went for a surprise birthday celebration for my husband, and the team made sure it was done just like I wanted it. Well-behaved staff members, excellent room, we took the premium riverview property, it was stunning. Food was amazing, loved it.

Superb location by the backwaters, very well maintained and managed... Room was spacious and neat... Housekeeping team was very supportive and polite.... The sea food restaurant Pearl Spot serves delicious sea food... Swimming pool is quite huge with a bar facility by the pool itself...Gym is well equipped....The breakfast spread has a lot of variety for everybody... Staff is very friendly... Overall a great experience... Location of the resort is the highlight of this experience.

Great location , ambience , neat . But the ac was not working . Since the property located on the back waters it’s typically hot . Centralised a/c temperature wasn’t changing and the seperate a/c was also not working . Above all this when we called the reception , no one was picking the call . After trying so many times . I called restaurant and ask them to send maintenance.Because if these , our stay turned without proper sleep

a vegetable market not a 5star hotel though having the 5star rates. constant banging on door till night 2 am and running people in corridor. property has no rules. donot stay if you want to chill and relax, rather book it if you want the visit the most chaotic vegetable market of Kochi. complete shit

Ramada Resort by Wyndham Cochin. A great property with meticulous attention to the detail overlooking the sea. A beautiful swimming pool and great landscaping. Very comfortable rooms too. The only shortcoming is the quality of vegetarian food. all the meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner for vegetarian was quite poor.

I had booked this property for my birthday vacation, but unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. On the night of July 11th, at around 23:05, we were locked out of our room due to a technical issue with the door. Despite the technicians’ efforts, we had to wait outside the room for nearly an hour. The door was finally opened at 23:50 . This unexpected delay disrupted all the plans we had made to celebrate my birthday (12th July), and we felt completely helpless during that time. It was a special occasion for me, and sadly, it was marred by this unfortunate incident. Overall, I’m quite disappointed with the experience and would not consider it a happy or memorable stay.

We spent 5 wonderful days at Ramada Kochi — the amenities were spot on, room service was super prompt, and the seafood restaurant was a total highlight (absolutely delicious!).
