Rooms need to be refurnished with comfy things and make it a little more clean. Food and Spa are good, looks like they are improving.

Good food but the evening meals for non Tamil may be the issue as they serve the afternoon food

value for what we paid, can still improve.. the place where the hotel is present is quite narrow, a drawback

Near to 3 ashrams in a walkable distance. Restaurant food is good. Safe for ladies only trip. Polite working people in the hotel.

Location: the Map co-ordinates available on Make My trip leads to Shiva Towers and not the Location of the Property Food: Pricy food, slow service, not clean amenities: Rooms had cockroaches in it, Taps were leaking and not working, Rooms didn't have proper working AC remotes, no hair dryers, no toiletries. Services: Though the Booking was made for 3 separate single rooms, the Hotel tried to give one family room and only one single room without seeking permission for change of room, only on dispute they changed the same. The front Desk staff were not friendly/ helpful. Though we checked I at 6.30 pm instead of 12noon, the rooms were not ready I have already submitted my review on the webpage

Rooms were quite spacious and very good. Very nearby to Ramanashram. Restaurant inside can be improved a bit in terms of cleanliness.

Room was very congested and food also not that much good. As it’s near to Ramana ashram , it’s an advantage

stay is good, the rooms are quiet as the hotel is away from the busy roads. food was good, but not the service. it appeared that the servers had no training , running around all the time, but no service on time.

I have booked for 2 nights and have vacated without staying 2nd night but they were asking for half day addition charge. I was really surprised with this and did not expect. If you can not take care of this, then we will lose trust on make my trip booking for hotels.

Nearby to Sri Ramanasramam. Good environment for devotees. Can avail of restaurant facility.

Good spacious rooms and courteous staff. This is my go-to hotel whenever I come here. The price is also suitable for the type of rooms they give. Options for extra cot/mattresses available as an add-on. Great experience each time! Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Parking was not available. 2 sir gle beds were given rather than 1 king bed and they were joined together which didn't get joined perfectly. Also water logging issue in bathroom.

a very good place to stay and restaurant too is very good. Quality food and great stay is what makes hotels exceptional.

Un hygiene room

The room was not clean properly, the dental kit was not provided , the AC remote was not working properly, Reception person behaviour is good, but room quality is poor, I used to stay during business trip, I know we can not compare budget hotel with this. But basic cleaning should do. and the food was terrible in Amrutham restaurant, ordered cheese paratha and that has no taste and just half cup curd served, request some curry , nothing given, so we ordered apple juice it was good! After 30 minutes of waiting we left by leaving 2 peace paratha since there was no curry or curd served. Mother ordered masala dosa, which was cold and the potato was not fried properly. Except apple juice is a terrible experience. All this due to the rush in the restaurant might be. Polite behaviour.

Food is excellent. Rooms cleaning can be better. Near to temple and ramana ashram

The stay was good but not as good as the cost paid. We stayed for 4days but there was no staff cleaning people turn out to room for cleaning even after asking for them.

The Hotel has Spirutual Atmosphere with Lot of Great Designs. Hotel Rooms are Spacious & Well Designed. Hotel Resturant Food is delicious . Hotel Staff Hospitality is Too Good. Overall Experience was memorable & Spirutual.

Place is decent and clean. However if there is any issue the resolution is quite slow and as we stayed just for a night issues were not even addressed. We went down to complain that Geyser and phone were not working but nothing was addressed. As we took 3 rooms we adjusted with geyser in a different room. I also wanted the to cancel one room but response was slow and not positive so I just kept the extra room as was tired to follow up
