Stay at the palace
Tushar Gupta
We stayed at the rambagh palace over the weekend. Our random impromptu plan turned out to be quite a luxurious getaway! some of our takeaways from the stay were as follows: * hospitality- don’t expect anything less than feeling like royalty from the minute you check in to the time when the entire team drops you off with a thoughtful goodbye note! i would like to mention mr. Narendra and mr. Vikas, who took care of each and every request of ours. The room allotted at check-in was slightly sensitive to outdoor noise for our liking, on informing the front desk, we were immediately moved to a quieter room of our choice! that just goes on to show the positive and problem solving attitude of the staff. Moreover, every staff member is a pro at clicking pictures and happily so! ) * restaurants: i and my husband are big time foodies and this is what makes or breaks a trip for us! thankfully all the 4 restaurants at the palace surpassed our expectations. I would like to especially mention swarna mahal here. It’s the indian speciality restaurant which is a must try. Along with the most lip smacking food, you get soaked in a good dose of history! it’s like eating in a museum in all its glory, complete with gold plated cutlery. Truly a mesmerising experience. Even the breakfast was quite pleasant with the chef going out of his way to visit each table personally and happily offering to customise any dish of your choice. * spa: even before i start talking about the quality of the treatment, i would like to mention the spa manager ms. Gemini and our therapist ms. Maya. The team was so warm and hospitable, they went way beyond just the spa treatment. The two ladies enthusiastically offered to take us around the property and arranged for all sorts of activities for us including the vintage car ride and peacock feeding! now coming to the spa experience, the treatment rooms are spacious and airy. Also, the therapists are very well trained. Overall, a good way to spend your afternoon! * accommodation: the rooms have an old world charm with high ceilings and a palatial feel. Most rooms have an attached outdoor space which adds to the winter charm. There is some scope for improvement in the washrooms which look a little tired. Apparently they’ve retained the structure of the actual palace rooms with updated interiors. In a nutshell, rambagh gives you a taste of how the royals lived. Every member of the staff goes out of their way and tries to fulfill each request with a smile. Definitely a must visit for a pleasant weekend getaway!
Excellent Stay

We visited rambagh place taj, jaipur to experience the royal essence. As a newly married couple we received a warm welcome like showering rose petals, welcome drink, flower rangoli, cake, later jacuzzi as a surprise to us. We were pleased to experience the antique car and buggy ride around palace. Our host took us to show the property and elegant suits of royals. Later we were suggested services like photography/spa/pool etc. In premises sight of peacocks is delightful. At evening we dinned in the steam engine restaurant. Must try pizza from menu. Early morning we had breakfast with wide range of variety. One of our favorite was green smoothie and baked mango yogurt. While departing we received small gift as souvenirs. We would like to mention special thanks to following staff: harshita, for upgrading room. Swati, for being lovely host. Pradeep, for taking us on palace tour and for all the surprise arrangements. Krishna, narendra and bhawan for helping. Photographer: jessi and priyanka from vsnap you for clicking amazing photographs steam resto: ravindra, aashish, robin, hoshar for suggestions best menu and your service see you soon
Excellent property and hospitality.

Right from the flower shower at arrival to the personal see off at departure everything is so wonderful. The guests are treated like royalty. The soft spoken and ever attentive staff at front desk (ms harshita and ms ravneet) are always happy to help. Every corner of the property is beautifully taken care off. The huge gardens surrounding the building are well manicured. And so many beautiful peacocks. Wow. The restaurants be it the rajput room or the swarna mahal don't just serve great food, they are a part of rich heritage well maintained. The vintage car ride, the horse carriage ride, the history tour, the evening music performance at the property will all be happily en-grained in your mind for a long time. Definitely worth it.
The Rambagh Palace, Jaipur staff were all wearing their masks properly. Social distancing was usually maintained. A lot of guests were roaming without masks. There should be some way to warmly encourage them to wear a mask. Mask and sanitizer were available in rooms and common areas.
Excellent Stay

the property is undoubtedly gorgeous afterall it’s a palace that has been decorated with all the modern day facilities! the staff makes the stay even better. amar ji from rajput room made our breakfast experience a memorable one by recommending the marwar nashta! he has definitely mastered the technique of providing the best service without disturbing the guests too much. secondly, i must mention mahendra ji from spa … extremely attentive to guests’ needs … he made us feel so pampered! from providing the tea after spa to feeding the peacocks … he’s made sure that we had a great time … it made our stay memorable for sure. employees like these make the taj stay even more valuable! i’m leaving the property feeling content and wowed…my only complaint would be that - desserts at suvarna mahal need to be revised .. they are extremely sweet without any other flavour nuances.
Amazing stay!

The Taj Rambagh Palace is spread over 47 acres, and immediately you are mesmerized by the grandeur of the palace and its surrounding gardens. Peacocks roam freely at this property, which adds to the beauty of this paradise. The staff makes you feel nothing less than royalty by addressing you as Hukum, a term used in Rajasthan for a higher authority. The food quality compliments the above, and the chef is more than accommodating when it’s comes to personal food choices. I would definitely recommend a visit to this property. A special thanks to the team mr. Raman, mr. Shambhu, mr. Rishabh and ms. Divita for making our stay memorable.
Very caring and courteous staff. Highly recommended

Thoroughly enjoyed with family for 2 nights and 3 days. Food is great with impeccable service by the staff present on duty. Every person is using mask & skin gloves to avoid direct contact. Check-in & check out process was swift without any hassle. During checkout reception manager came personally to see us off with a beautiful souvenir. Thankful to ram-bag palace for their time and attention. Would definitely visit again to experience this grandeur and luxury.
An anniversary visit -27 Sept

We were at the Taj Rambagh Palace for our anniversary on 27th Sept our stay was fabulous & the staff was very courteous & warm. They were wearing masking and sanitising the place from time to time. Special mention and heartfelt thanks to manager Vikas, restaurant managers Kyathi & Shravan they made sure we tried the best of Rajasthan food for breakfast and lunch. Housekeeping staff Gopal took his valuable time out to make an intricate floral art in our room.
