I liked the property. Food was also fine but had a bad experience during dinner saw cockroach touching the buffet. It put my and my family mood off. Though they apologized and did not charge but it really spoiled my stay.

Generally the hotel is well located with near connectivity and good room with nice breakfast, nice people. Only thing is there was some machine noise coming from adjoining room which stopped immidiately on letting them know. About club room and superior room both seem same only they say superior room they give on 5th 6th floor.

We stayed for 3 nights and the experience was good. The food was amazing here especially the breakfast buffet. The hotel is located close to the market area and most of the tourist places are also closely located. The service was good however the housekeeping staff was a bit slow. The rooms weren’t cleaned on time. We had to call repeatedly.

Title: Serious Privacy Breach – Staff Entered Room Twice Without Permission I had a very disturbing experience at Ramee grand hotel pune. On two separate occasions, staff entered my room without knocking or any prior notice. This happened on two different days, and there was no valid reason or emergency. This feel me uncomfortable and unsafe for the rest of the stay Despite raising the issue, there was no proper explanation or accountability from management. This is a serious of guest privacy and completely unacceptable. I no longer feel safe staying here and will never return.

Food is the best part of this hotel. It was a short work trip for me. I was travelling alone but they gave me a room that was interconnected with another room and someone was trying to open it from the other side. When I informed the front desk they took it lightly and did not even bother to tell me what action was taken or if there is any learning for them like not allowing a connected room to solo women travellers.
