RAMIS RESIDENCY

I booked the deluxe room . We were four people altogether. The room appeared tidy but was not spacious. The toilet was clean and all amenities were functioning. The blankets had dust, but somehow we managed to get a good sleep. A/C was working. The TV was also working. The really bad part was with the dining. The dining area is downstairs called Vasantha Vihar. The food we had during the dinner was tasty. We had complementary breakfast option booked. But to our disappointment, the complimentary breakfast menu was limited to idli, vada, masala dosa and tea/coffee. All other items we have to buy. Also after knowing that the breakfast for us was complimentary, the serving also became below par. Anyhow our stay was a 50-50 experience. The amount charged is too high. Only worth Rs 2000. And just after our stay the price is droped The hotel has ample parking.

Had booked room with extra bed. The facility wasn’t good enough for an extra bed. The facility is also too pricey.

Good stay and very near to Rajarajeswara temple,Veg restaurant is also there on the ground floor and food was very delicious and the staff was also very cooperative.

Stay at this hotel was excellent. Well maintained rooms and premises. Staffs were very polite & helpful.

Overall good and excellent. Very easily accessible to the famous temple of the town. Communication also very friendly.

Comfortable cozy good restaurant

Room was small for standard class. Good was ok. They have tied up with vasanth vihar restaurant. Quality of food is average. Hot water is average. Need to ask for hot water daily. Staff is good and courteous. Overall it was pleasant experience.

Ambiance was good. Less covered parking. Room neat and clean. Friendly approach. Easy to access. Reasonable price.

Room is very neat and clean. Staff attitude is very good. This locality is very good. We are staying so many hotels but this is good experience.

No phones, no dental kit prive too high for this facility. Bed is not good blanket also. Limited patching

The location is good. In the town itself. Have a good vegetarian restaurant in the ground floor itself. Good food.

It was not a good experience, room was small and not clean. Ac was not working and there was no phone to contact reception. They have good parking facilities.

Great hospitality. Rooms are clean and the service is excellent. Assistant provided by the reception staff and other staff's are one of the reasons the stay was pleasant.

Excellent stay. The staff were very cooperative. When i asked for an iron box, they provided it very soon. But there was no phone in the room and also the bathroom side tap was leaking. It was not in a usable condition

The room I opted (Deluxe room) is very small in size, it’s around 100 Sq.ft only. Bathroom also too small and faucets are in a leaking condition. Parking space provided is just for parking only 4 vehicles. No water kettles and sugar & tea bags not provided in the room. Overall it is not price worthy. I’m totally disappointed 😔.

Best restaurant to stay if you are visiting rajarajeswara temple. Rooms are neat. There is a vegetarian restaurant. But cleanliness needs to be improved in the restaurant. You may see lot of flies around.

Stay was very bad as hotel rooms were not cleaned properly and also there was bed bugs on the mattress due to which i did not sleep the whole night. We trust make my trip thinking that you suggest good hotels but this was a very bad experience and i am really upset on mmt also
