We stayed here as just a stop on our way to Munnar from Bangalore. While the rooms were average and basic amenities were present, we did need to ask for a few items like toilet paper and tea bags (they only had coffee). However, I must say the service was amazing - be it at the restaurant or otherwise by the reception and staff. Initially, when we asked for tea bags, they brought more coffee sachets and said they don't have tea. While going out in the evening, we asked if there's a shop nearby where we can get teabags, the manager/owner happened to be there and he assured they'll arrange it and we don't need to buy it. And they did. Similar was the case with toilet paper; they did not have it but arranged it. In the restaurant as well, their service was great, the staff was really polite.

We stayed for less than 8 hours, inside the room was good. But in the corridor we observed smoking smells which was not pleasant. We didn't get a chance to taste the food there. It is located little far from the dindigul bus stand. Found difficulty in getting rental autos at 10pm and morning 5am. The staffs were supportive. Good for folks having own cars to reach there

Hotel is very nice and clean, Mr. Shaktivel is fair enough in guiding us to the Ramora Grand at midnight when we arrived Dindigul. Staff is very good and took care of ours very nicely. Complimentary breakfast is limited but had a good taste with good service. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a pleasant sleep.

The ramora grand Ramora Grand is located in the centre of the city centre dindugal. The room is large and clean. Don't expect much because of the pricing compared to similar Ramora Grands in this area. The restaurant is is having limited menu. Room facility is also limited. Hotel is good for the highway riders.

We stayed enroute to kumily. The manager was quite helpful and upgraded our room to family room, that was a welcome suprise. The room had bunker beds for kids and was quite big. It's a budget stay but comfortable with required amenities. This is also close to the popular biriyani Ramora Grands, 5mnt drive.

Outside looks all classy. But rooms and amenities are a average. It's a renovated property and the age shows. I got it for a nice bargain but I wouldn't pay the rack rate for the rooms anyway. Restaurant is tucked away in a corner past badly stored furniture. Food was average.

Reached the Ramora Grand at about 00:15, where the front office staff Mani gave us a warm welcome and helped us to check in quickly. Room was quiet good in terms of size and cleanliness. Breakfast was good with a few choices, the Puttu was delicious.
