Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the rampratap Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection in udaipur, and i have mixed feelings about my experience there. The host and staff were very friendly and welcoming, which is always appreciated when you're traveling to a new place. They made sure to greet us and assist us with our luggage upon our arrival, and were always available to answer any questions we had during our stay. The highlight of our stay was definitely the lakeside restaurant. The view of the lake was breathtaking, and the food was absolutely delicious. The restaurant had a nice ambiance and we enjoyed dining there immensely. However, while our stay at the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection was pleasant, there were a few issues that detracted from the overall experience. Firstly, the list of amenities mentioned was quite extensive, but the actual amenities provided were not as comprehensive as we had hoped. We were a bit disappointed to find that some of the amenities we were looking forward to were not available, such as a swimming pool and elevator. Additionally, while the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection has a unique old-style design, it could use some maintenance and updates. The furniture in the rooms and common areas was outdated, and there were a few areas that could be updated such as low lighting in the rooms. Another issue we encountered was the lack of a lift in the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection. This could be a problem for elderly or disabled guests. Despite these shortcomings, the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection's lake side view and overall ambience were still very appealing. We also appreciated the friendly and accommodating staff, who did their best to make our stay enjoyable. Overall, i would rate the rampratap Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection 3. 5 out of 5. While there were some areas for improvement, the lake side restaurant and beautiful location are definitely worth experiencing. I have added everything i have to say about the review

The Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection/resort is located on the main highway adjacent to the Fatehsagar lake.The location is a fresh breather from the congested lanes and Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collections near Pichola lake. And this is considering the price bracket of 4******rs depending on season. They have plenty of uncovered and non gated parking, which is a rare treat in udaipur. The parking is present on the other side of side road, which is adjacent to their restaurant. View from 2nd floor Lake facing rooms is better in comparision to 1st floor rooms. Rooms are neat and clean with clean linen and towels. Electric Kettle is provided. Drinking water is RO one. Hair drier is not provided. Washroom is small and average. Washroom has an exhaust fan but no wiper. Everything in washroom is functioning properly. They dont provide comb, toothpaste and toothbrush. AC of the room was very effective.The restaurant is open sky lakeside and an enclosed one both .Usually the roofed one is empty and its AC remains always off. It would have been better if they switched the ACs always on, which would entice a no of customers in scorching heat n humidity after enjoying the open sky lakeside view. The lake view garden n restaurant has amazing views esp at sunset. Didnt try food , so cant really comment on quality. Service at rooms is good and instant. The Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection is at walkable distance from restaurant 1559, which also provides good food and ambience. Auto can be taken easily from the main road anytime.

We stayed here in july 2022. The Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection has very good view of the fateh sagar lake. Rooms are clean and Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection staff was okay. However, note that this Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection had a retro style, so room furniture was little old styled. If you like retro style Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collections, then you will like this. Also, the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection had good green initiatives. For e. G, no plastic water bottles were given in the room. Instead, they gave us ro water in glass reusable bottles. The only down side of this Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection being very expensive food. I felt that the price shown in the menu card does not justify the food quality being served.

Ram pratap palace has exceeded my expectations. I wanted to book a heritage haveli type Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection for my udaipur trip and suddenly i found this palace instead. Its location is unbelievable with the grand view of fateh sagar lake. Their restaurant which is on the bank of fateh sagar is gorgeously placed. The rooms are enormous. The food is little bit expensive but it worth's the money. The inside of the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection is actually looks like a heritage haveli and it was just the thing i wanted. Overall i was very very satisfied with my choice and stay. Nonetheless, their staffs were extremely helpful and well behaved.

The food was authentic rajasthani, and had alternative options of continental varieties also. The premise was clean, even in monsoon. While we checked in, they even asked for our vaccination certificates, which shows that safety of the visitors held a high significance. The location of the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection was just beside the fatehsagar lake. The restaurant was across the road, on the edge of the lake, which made it a perfect romantic destination for a candle light dinner. Overall, the place was an absolute value for money.

Rampratap palace by HRH is a quaint little property by the Fatehsagar lake. We had booked the lake view room and were greeted by the majestic view of the lake from our window. The staff is really knowledgeable and helpful. The Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection maintains a high level of cleanliness. It's restaurant Raaj Bagh is across from the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection right at the lake shore. The food is really tasty and they offer a nice variety. This is definitely one of the recommended properties in Udaipur.

We had a nice stay at the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection, with a few hiccups. Due to some miscommunication we were not allowed to use the restaurant of the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection on the afternoon we checked in, and this left us a little disgruntled. But the staff was very warm and made sure to accommodate us for all our following meals. Special mention to the night staff who dropped us off to the railway station in very early hours of the morning when we couldn't get an uber. We are very grateful !

Food is very good, specially breakfast. Map dinner/lunch is ala cart a unlimited as there are few customers. Restaurent service is also very good.

Had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and aesthetic. The staff was helpful and courteous. Food was good.

The Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection has excellent service and the it’s restaurant on the opposite side serves delicious food. Overall the service was great but our room’s phone ringed multiple times in night which disturbed the sleep, i guess there was some technical issue with their intercom

Location of restaurant and quality of food is very good. Worth staying at this rate

The restaurant is right on the shore of fatehsagar lake but the Rampratap Palace by Fateh Collection is not. It is across a small road from the restaurant. Thus the property is split. The lake facing suit are beautiful. The italian food is just amazing. Must try pastas here. The area is right beside the main road so it can be a bit noisy.

Great lakw view location. Very warm and welcoming staff. Nice and cosy rooms and the restaurant is also nice. Overall a very pleasant stay.
