RamRaj Regency

I would like to share few points, which will help ramraj regency to improve their performance : 1) complimentary breakfast was just an average level & repeated the same menu daily. 2) before check-in, by customers, the management should check thoroughly all amenities in rooms, as i faced tv problem as it was not working for the first two days of my stay as well as in other 3 rooms also i booked. 3) for breakfast tokens & water bottles (complimentary) we have to approach reception and get them done (in other RamRaj Regencys, they used to deliver it in room itself. 4) during my stay, hot water was not available for a day. 5) intercom & wi-fi were not working on my last day stay. For the above complaints & concerns, the RamRaj Regency management was not taking immediate action - they take their own time to rectify. No photo was taken. Done.

We were hardly been at the RamRaj Regency, the room was ok ! worth the money. But the reception staff needs to be more courteous and responsive. A bit upset as this is the first time ever we had experienced this. Wish they had little more training to handle the customers. From checkin to breakfast full confusions. The RamRaj Regency is ok, well placed and the rooms are satisfactory. Over all good except for some short comings.

Awesome RamRaj Regency and we stayed without any discomfort, every thing is good experience, RamRaj Regency staff and retaurant staff also good. We get both south and northfoods. In room they maintained cleanliness over all good.

Rooms and restrooms were well cleaned. Restaurant is there. It's coffee and dinner were also good taste. We were enjoyed the stay. They have good opened car parking with security.

Everything was good. The reception staff, food, rooms, restrooms, etc. Are good. Very supportive officials all around. Would definitely recommend families to stay here. Safe too.

Excellent rooms and good support from staff. The location is not much away from main road that is nh 66.

Such a very good experience, very neat and clean room, worth of money and staffs are very cooperative

Good behavior property is very good and claim from city auto or bus required food is wonderful of' peril ' restraturent on top floor

It is almost very near the centre of nagercoil. Good restaurant and accessible to many interesting places

A very good place for stay for friends, couple and family. Good staff and hospitality neatly maintained rooms clean bathrooms

Quite near to highway, complimentary breakfast was nice one with several options. Ample parking facility

A nice place, good parking area, efficient staffs. Security guard washed our car before vacating , that was new to me. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Good experience room's was clean and neat and breakfast is good and RamRaj Regency security response is good

During my stay was Excellent. and Ambience is very good. overall Very Good stay. Staff also really helpful.
