Rooms were decent and stay was pleasant. Food was decent, amenities and services were decent and ok.

Property location was okay but washroom was not good, else the room size was also okay. Food taste can also be improved.

Room condition - Average. Linen and towel cleanliness - average. This property charges even for water bottles. Location is good. Access road to property is poor. Service response is slow. Not value for money

Staff didn’t respond to any requests. No TV remote provided and no WIFI available. They didn’t even provide the towels upon calling them so many times. Not at all worth the money. My family felt very disgusting.

One of the beautiful resorts i ever stayed grand cliff itself says how grand it is. The hospitality is amazing. They welcome very nice staff service is excellent. Rooms are luxury and spacious also the breakfast. Highly recommended and the view of the flat excellent

Stayed here for 1 night. Check in and check out was quick. Room was decent , however bathroom needs improvement.

I would like to request the hotel management to kindly treat all customers with equal respect and a pleasant attitude. A simple smile and courteous behavior can make a big difference in a guest’s experience. Unfortunately, during my stay, I noticed that some staff members were treating guests partially, which was disappointing. Every customer deserves the same level of respect and hospitality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.all other amenities, cleanliness nice

Well maintained clean and neat rooms. Very quiet atmosphere. One thing I liked is that there is a separate room provision for drivers.

Expensive place to what I had paid for. Had booked for Suite as that was only available but when I reached the front desk person said they have 2 Suites which are booked for 15 days so they gave us Super Deluxe room & complimentary breakfast as it was there mistake of room which was mentioned on the site.Stay was okay. But I reached at 10 pm & asked them for dinner/food but they said the kitchen is closed & didn’t have any thing to serve where as people were still eating. I feel they should extend their food time atleast till 11 pm as this hotel is not on main street & there was no other food option available.

During my recent business trip to Madurai, I booked a stay at Ramratna Residency through MMT. Overall, I had a good stay. However, I later realised I had misplaced my Apple AirPods in the hotel room. I used the 'Find My' app on my Apple device to locate them, and the current location matched the hotel's. I immediately contacted the hotel reception and provided them with a screenshot showing the location of my AirPods. Unfortunately, despite my repeated requests, the hotel management has not responded to my inquiries. It has now been two days, and the location of my AirPods remains the same. I am concerned about the lack of accountability from the hotel management and staff.
