Lets start with the check in, we were waiting for half an hour for the room. Meanwhile no one was at the desk while we were thirsty ready to pay for water bottles, we had no updates for over an hour. We booked 2 apartments in which geyser was not working for 1 apartment. The telephone was not in working condition in both the apartment. After asking 5-6 times we received towels. Broken windows in washroom. One of the room’s air conditioner was fixed after we checked in.

Cleanliness not maintained. The property has major electrical cable issue. No power or back in night

Location to far from the place wer were suppose to be. No network only jio will work. Tv not working from 3 day multiple complaints made however the hotel people were least bothered. No hot water in the 2nd bathroom. No turn down services. No toiletries provided after the 1st day. Would not recommend

We had great time at this place. We stayed for 4 nights. Service was good owner was so friendly. Few staff were rude.

Master bedroom door, common bathroom was not working, when we called owner she said take your and leave, that is on 31st december. Very rude behaviour. The swimming pool was pathetic, we got races all over the body, it wasn't clean and at all. Overall the worst property. Avoid going to this property.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting goa.

Buildings are good but they should maintene cleanness in the building, also should check all ac working in the room or not, they don't have double keys for the rooms, if door auto locks then it's very difficult to open the room doors.

Room was not as shown in photos. We dint even checked in there.

Good place to stay here with family and friends or groups, specially finding for homestay. Except long from baga, everything is good

There was no proper electricity, bathrooms were not properly clean, taps do not work, doors dont close properly, no cleaning services. It was totally a bad experience as i have visited goa many times

Excellent comfortable stay at ramsons luxo goa, it has 2 large bedroom with a spacious 17ft hall attach 2 bathrooms and 3 balcony, all kitchen necessary was given by manager, pool adjoining room and cover car parking add on highly clean and with cctv full safe property - truly value for money 100%

It has spacious 2 Bedroom and a large 16ft Hall with Kitchen Fridge and all Ammedities, AC is super chilled and Best Hospitality and 100℅ value for money , Pool is just beside room and 24 hrs Entry Exit accessibility, All room has Balcone and 2 washroom avalibale ... Moreover just 24 min from Baga beach and calangute. Covered Car parking and CCTV avaliable. I booked for 2 days but seeing the facility , hospitality and home like aroma I stayed there for 7 days , I RATE 10-10 to this property

Very bad service, misbehaving, power cut issue, no electricity backup, lots of services not available which are mentioned in description

The first day i faced a power issue there is no power backup bad behaviour from management side staff is okay

Pathetic stay stained bedsheets with not cooperating staff.
