The room was not spacious, and there was no proper ventilation. People managing the hotel were quite good. Cab facilities from this hotel were really good. If you are going to just for night, you can opt for this.

Rooms are decent as per budget, staff is good, food is fresh but tastless, and there vehicle are very expensive.

Staying at rana's house was not a very good experience. Receptionist was all time unavailable, there was communication gap between host and staff. We weren't provided breakfast, even after paying extra for the same.

Everything is excellent regarding service and hygiene and the caretaker was also helpful

Rooms are not hygiene, tv is not working they are saying due to off season.

Good for a no-frills stay. Very helpful, attentive and responsive staff and fast wifi. Good location. Heater available on request and paid basis. Only con was some of the blankets were not completely clean.

The location is extremely central and very close to the market (not deserted yet not noisy. All the good cafes are walking distance, and very clear views of the snow capped peaks we didn’t try the food here because we wanted to hit all the cafe’s first, but pink y ji and yogesh are caretakers and always accessible for any needs one might have. They helped arrange the triund trek and taxis too for very good prices. The go-ogle location is almost correct but way to reach is slightly different, search for hotel surya pride or hotel him queen, and then another 100m or so. We would love to visit back here, thank you akash, yogesh and pink y ji

Reaching the property was easy, it was in a good location. The room was good and comfortable. The whole property was neat and clean. I got all the basic facilities that I needed. The food was also very nice. Surely going to recommend this property to others.

Don't stay here! Honestly this place should be condemned. I booked this hotel because MMT rated this property under 100% verified properties but I am really very disappointed with the service and their mismanagement. Hotel is new hence rooms are good but their service is very bad. On entering the room I asked for the WiFi password the manager Mr. Vivek told me there is some problem with WiFi which never solved. Then there was continuous power failure at the hotel. They were not able to fix it ,they don't have back up plans. Because of the power failure we didn't get the hot water which was very necessary at this 2 degree temperature. Instead of fixing the power failure problem which was in their hotel only in entire McLeodganj, the manager Mr. Vivek and owner Mr. Akash asked us to stay at different hotel which was very bad and instead of refunding the amount the manager asked us to pay 50% of the amount which was very unprofessional. Finally we had left the hotel and booked another hotel.

The stay was amazing. The owner and the staff was very sweet and helpful. Peaceful stay. Clean rooms.
