Ranbanka Palace

We would like to make a special mention of Mr. Nasheen at the front office. It so happened that in a rushed-up check-out in order to reach our far-flung next destination, we forgot our wallet in the room locker itself. Before we could realize our blunder, we were already a couple of hours on our onward journey. So we immediately called up the Ranbanka Palace's front office desk & Mr Nasheen immediately responded to this emergent situation. Not only did he rush to the room along with the security staff, but he also managed to secure the wallet & sealed it in tamper-proof packaging and handed it over to the cab driver hired for the job. It's not that the wallet had loads of money, but whatever little it contained, was sufficient enough to sustain us for the rest of the journey. Therefore, no amount of words can express the respite we got from his prompt response. We equally hope that the Ranbanka Palace management takes due cognisance of such a sincere & efficient team member. We wish to thank Nasheen from the core of our hearts.

The rooms are well appointed. The staff is particularly good - they didn't smile much but they served us very efficiently, so not complaining. Breakfast was the only food that we had at the property, which was quite alright. Main course items, it's difficult to share feedback on. Location is a big plus with the property. It's in very close proximity to most of the sightseeing places - within 4-5 km radius making it a matter of few minutes to travel between places if you have your own conveyance. Mmt made the check in process smooth, so we only had to sign and collect key cards at the property.

The property is very nice. The swimming pool was clean. Food is on the costlier side but that is what it is in a star Ranbanka Palace. The staff was courteous and helped us whenever we had questions. We had booked a heritage classic room and the room was spacious with big king size bed and big bathroom. Other rooms should be more spacious than this coz ours was a lower budget room. Since we were there in the day of ravana dahan, the Ranbanka Palace had dahan ceremony. We enjoyed it a lot. Overall a very good experience and stay.

When i read the review i found it as a old building not maintained but when we went there i found it as a paradise as my room got upgraded to a luxury suite. Room was well maintained. Balcony was spacious and big and we enjoyed stay there. Breakfast was tasty and playing of musical tune by a musician was mesmerising. Walking near the swimming pool with a swing near it completed the royal luxurious feel. Overall it was fun and we enjoyed the property a lot

Moved to ranbanka palace as there was a water crisis in other part of the city. Excellent hospitality by staff. Checkin was very smooth. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The garden restaurant was the highlight of the property. There was live music along with dinner. Food and breakfast service was super quick. We purchased a few leather handicrafts from an artist who had set up a stall in the Ranbanka Palace premises.

My stay at ranbanka was very comfortable and it was a home away from home with all the facilities from the hostess miss ruchika helping me with my tour & travel, also everything required at the front desk, along with rudra, ronak & vikram chef negi in the restaurant & in-room dining service by rajendra & mahaveer, in which the food was tasty and fresh, clean linen every day, the massage at the spa was amazing by alo

If at all there was a scope to rate higher, i would have surely. The staff are extremely courteous. The food menu was short but you order any single item and i can assure you that you won't leave without licking your fingers. Most recommended mutton roganjosh. Helpful in every sense. If you are looking for a heritage Ranbanka Palace and have a budget to meet, this is the place to book.

Good property in center of city with well maintained swimming pool, spacious rooms, cultural music by local artists in evening is fabulous

Great stay. Everything was perfect. Heritage room, lavish buffet, service and the cultural show everyday inside the premises.

Entrance is far - difficult to carry luggage and a long walk to reach Ranbanka Palace. Rooms are old and average

Great place to stay at reasonable price, and well located between airport and city. - warm welcome - friendly and helpful staff - clean and good maintenance - good food, neither extremely good, nor bad areas to improve - ac making sound - increase the food variety with some local delicacy

If you really wish to experience tradition and the culture of the royals, then this is the perfect spot. Love every bit of my stay. Wish i had more time to spend in this gorgeous property. Every corner has a story. Not to forget each and every staff personally looks after the guest’s needs.

Good, food is need to improve as well as break fast

Ranbanka is a heritage property (owned by one of the king's extended family members. Breakfast was rich and the overall hospitality was satisfactory. Located at circuit road, you can have a glimpse of ummed bhavan from the property. I would love to visit them again.

It was so comfortable and peaceful. Hotel staff was veryyy nice and polite. They were so calm and helpful.

Location is very suitable and also very prime Ranbanka Palace looks are great heritage looks
