Very bad and big mosquitoes bad experience in this place

I booked a room for me and my GF. When I entered the hotel there was no one at the reception and we have to wait 15 minutes for them. In spite of being clearly mentioned that the hotel is couple friendly, they told me that couples are not allowed and all that. Finally, he told me that we can stay only if we pay 500 rupees more in addition to our booking charges. The staff was arrogant and completely non-cooperative. The washrooms were filthy and there was no facility for drinking water.

It was very dirty hotel. Service was not also good. I cant sleep whole night because of mosquitoes while having ac staff was was also replying very irresponsible words no power backups every thing was digusting

Rooms are so dirty, uncleaned blanket floor and all were in full of dust

Bed was full of small insects those ruin my sleep

The location of ranbir yatri hotel, is excellent. It's near to indra chowk, and center in the city. Just beside the hotel everything is available. Hotel stuffs are very helpful. I have visited on 14th and 15th march of 2021. It's a very nice experience. Food is very good.

Changed 3 rooms in a single day. Faced water problems in one of them, in one flush didn't work and in one geyser didn't work. The staff and the owner is too good. The hotel is unkept and not maintained. Can do much better in terms of hygiene.
Hotel rooms and washrooms are dirty. In some rooms toilet flush doesn't work, in some geyser doesn't work and in some tv doesn't work. Hotel staff and owner is great! need to really work on the hygiene and maintenance of the hotel and rooms.

Very bad, worst hotel i have ever seen

Room should be shown before booking at check out only our room was worst maintained. All other rooms were decent

There was no proper sanitization done even no temperature checks were done at the time of check in. Bedsheets looked like it wasn't fresh. The hotel building is dilapitated. There was no water in washroom, hot or cold. We had to get bucket of water by ourself. We had to stay as we were late and didn't have time to search again.

The staff of the hotel are very cooperative and the hotel is well cleaned i like this and ask the other person to stay because the location is also very approachable and service is also very good

It was an exceptional experience. The hotel staff is very polite and responsive. Overall, i liked the stay there. The manager of the hotel was very cooperative.

Hotel is not fit to stay from any standards. Management is unaware of the issues. Poor hygiene, nothing available in the hotel. They don't have any Idea of online booking.
