Went on a short 1N trip to Shantiniketan and stayed at this property. Pros:- ° Good location. Nearby Prantik Railway Station and merely 4-5 kms from Bolpur station. Easily accessible by personal car or Toto from station. ° Awesome Hospitality and food. I was overwhelmed by their behavior. ° Clean rooms and washroom. Cons: ° If you're travelling as a couple, please avoid taking ground floor rooms. Your privacy might be at risk! Do take upper cottages. ° Full of Mango tree insects at the property. Though they don't bite but they will leave you irritated to the utmost extent. ° Only snacks are allowed in room service. They should also provide In room dining service because I think going to restaurants might not be feasible to the guests at all point of times. ° If you don't checkout at sharp 11 a.m, they will call you after every 2 minutes that might make you feel utterly disappointed! Rest, it was a good stay amidst natural ambience.

I have very nice experience during my stay at rangamati garden resort. Outside is very well decorated and nice. There are so many trees. Rabindra sangeeta is being sang. The resort has good restaurant, swimming pool. Quality of food and taste is very good for both veg and non-veg. Staff behaviour is very good. Only obstacle felt was lack of maintenance in rooms. Some damping smell is there, gizar not working in a room and also bed sheet is not changed every day. It is little distance from bolpur station and near prantik station. Little distant from market and medicine shops. Lack of street light in the locality. But the resort has very good lighting in night with beautiful songs. The resort looks phenomenal in night. Overall very good experience, if not excellent during our stay in the resort.

I will choose this resort again for the experience. It is a simple resort with good spacious rooms, clean toilets and the food oh my god. Food is costly but i tried so hard but i couldn't find a single food item that was not fresh or just bad cooking. The food was extraordinarily good! that was my 5 star on my end. The pool is decently big enough and the water is very clean but don't spend more than an hour or else you'll have chlorine issues with your eyes. Overall i am very very satisfied. Definitely choose this place, the staff are very helpful.

The resort is conveniently situated near prantik railway station and the ambience is really good. Rooms are comfortable and well maintained. Service is above standard and food is good. However, the rangamati garden resort authority should be more careful to enhance the taste and quality of food. Last thing i feel that the food items are overpriced. One plate of a loo post o is rs 190 and one plate of chicken curry costs around rs 260. This is not acceptable. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay at rangamati garden resort

I've had an incredible two days at shantiniketan's rangamati resort. The stay was so comfortable, and everything from the beautiful garden to the polite staff, excellent room, and top-notch food made it hard to leave. I want to give a special shoutout to mr. Basuda, who became my absolute favorite in these two days. He's the most helpful and approachable person i've ever met. I eagerly look forward to coming back soon. To all those planning a trip to shantiniketan, this resort is a definite must-check-in!

It's a beautiful deal, rangamati garden resort staffs are so decent, rooms quality and linens are also clean, i must say about the food, it was amazing with that price tag, and also the swimming pool was very neat and clean. Also i will suggest you to arrange some kind of activities in the evening, u may arrange a billiord board, or any kind of indoor games this will be good for your customers, otherwise customer will feel bore in the evening time, thank you

The resort is pretty good and situated near to the prantik railway station. We were really impressed by the food they provided. All the items were really tasty. But the room condition can be improved a little. Ac was there but it was not functioning properly. Also the curtains in the room were very transparent. Another thing really impressed us was the behaviour of the stuffs. They were really cooperative. Overall it was a quiet nice place spend a holiday.

Property is well located. It is just 10 minutes from shonajhuri hut & kopai river. Food is good. But property is not well maintained. Property is surrounded by loads of trees & hence there are lots of insects. You will find insects in your room at time also if you have taken ground floor cottage. There were two people who were serving the guests among them baba was very nice & very professional. If you visit ask for babai.

The room was spacious and had all facilities. The staff were very courteous, and the menu - while limited - was tasty too. Had an excellent three nights stay.

The location is very good. 3 min drive from prantik station. 5 to 7 min drive from sonajhuri market. Property is well mentained. Clean. Food is awsome.

Best budget friendly resort to stat with all basic amenities and a good sized pool. Food is great. Just kms from bolpur station, near prantik.

Food cost is comparatively high. Rest all the house keeping service is good. I have faced some problem in tv connection and extension no. For house keeping was not working properly. I really appreciate for support for babai and seniors for valuable suggestions regarding to and fro travel journey.

The stay at rangamati was a very great stay for us. We have hod no issues in finding the resort location. It is couple friendly and the staffs were cooperative and very helpful. We would love to have a stay there again.
