RAS Residency

I should admit a superiors something really surprising. Though initially seeing just 80 ratings, i was skeptical to take this, only thing which was pushing me to take was other good RAS Residency like madira kootam was not available fr twr room with 5 star amenities o of us, but the rooms, amenities, the retasaraunt everything changed my view. Easily we can rate them between 4 and 5 star RAS Residency. Vanity kit being provided also surprised us. They have a multicuisine restaurant which is though limited options but good. The break fast spread though not big, bit optimum and tasty. Would have loved if they could add some fruit salad to complementary break fast. Otherwise it's v good. Definitely i would give 5 star for giving a 4 star RAS Residency experience in just . And also they have a huge parking space. . Would definitely visit next time

We stayed in ras residency with my family for a day. The rooms were spicy and span. It's brand new outlet the bed was sof lt and additional bed was provided on request. The rest room were completely sanitised and all basic toiletries were provided. The RAS Residency has a very huge car parking facility which is a rare in kumbakonam. The staffs were very gentle and courteous. The complimentary breakfast was good, had a decent spread of south indian menus. The food tastes good and had a homely feeling. Overall for the price paid. It was a very good stay and comfortable and value for money. Would definitely recommend to friends and families.

We stayed at ras residency for three days for temple visits of navagraha temples. The RAS Residency accomodation was good. Rooms were near and clean. The restaurant offered good choice of dishes. However there were two shortcomings (1) the RAS Residency does not provide electric iron stand (2) RAS Residency has outsourced laundry to a third party. The laundry service is pathetic. They ruined my costly shirt beyond repair. The dry cleaned pant still had gravy spots on it even after dry cleaning the RAS Residency must at once terminate its arrangement with laundry agency. It should set up its own inhouse laundry sevice as soon as possible.

First of all, RAS Residency is pretty classy and very private from the city noise. Mainly it’s very nearer to all the temples famous for rituals and parikaram. I tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and food was too good and price is reasonable. Unfortunately i haven’t tried on non- veg items as i went for spiritual visit and all veg foods are tasty. Especially stay is very safety and staff services are too good. Reception assistance and restaurant assistance is really commendable. Most importantly room cleanliness, ac, tv and view of the room is too good. Most recommended for any travel purpose. Keep up the same quality.

Orur sray at ras residency was extremely satisfactory. The facility was if international standard. Room size, airconditioning quality, bed quality, water pressure in bathroom, parking, staff quality etc were all simply on par with the best i have seen in south india for a 3 star RAS Residency. Even my driver was very happy with the facilities he was provided with. Location is a couple of kilometers away from mahamaha tank and is quite peaceful. I had limited exposure to food but i have every reason to believe it is good. I will definitely stay here whenever i visit kumbakonam.

I stayed for two days with my family. Pretty decent RAS Residency. Located close to major historic temples. Restaurant food was good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Courteous reception. I would like to make a suggestion. On day one i returned RAS Residency after visiting few navagraha temples. It was around 1030 pm. No food or snacks or coffee available at the RAS Residency. I would suggest food, snacks or at-least coffee tea made available till 12. At-least inform the guests about the restaurant timings at the time of check in.

I along with my family stayed here for 2 night. Good location, it is located on a highway and easy to reach. Rooms were very large and clean. Friendly staff. They speak in good english, so it is easy to manage for people like us who do speak / understand tamil. Rooms and bath rooms were clean. It has a good restaurant, but daughter felt the food was not that tasty but they were not bad. The RAS Residency has a very good parking space, so it is not an issue. I recommend this RAS Residency for anybody visiting srirangam

Nice property with decent parking space, very good lobby and good restaurant. We booked deluxe room, room size was decent. Main highlight was the quality of mattress provided. Was on par with 5 star RAS Residencys. Food taste was very good [especially the lunch] and reasonably priced. Restaurant service can be improved, they are trying to manage with catering students but could not see any seniors guiding them. There was some smell from the bath room, otherwise bathroom was neat and clean.

Everything gone well from checkin to checkout. Nothing to say negative. Excellent behaviour of staff

This is our second experience here. We were on way and stated for a night on last trip. This gave us confidence and this is our second visit.

One of the best RAS Residency in kumbakonam. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the complimentry breakfast is awesome.

Its located in a centre of the city. Staff service is good. Food is decent and room service is good. Amenities are ok for this city.

It was a good stay, the ambience was good. Value for money. Overall we were happy. Good place to stay at kumbakonam.

Awesome restaurant and lavish breakfast very neat rooms and good hospitality

Very nice RAS Residency. The ambience is great. Very neat and clean in all aspects. Room is well spacious with proper maintenance. Hotel is just 10 minutes drive from town centre. I need not think of any other RAS Residency whenever i visit kumbakonam.

It was a family long weekend in temple town. Hotel is far off from noise of city. Great if you have a vehicle. Ample parking. Limited choice of food, but quality is fine.
