We only stayed 1 day. The place was quite pleasant, comfortable and clean. Service was also good. We think it is value for money. All necessities were available. Extra guest got a proper bed in the room. Many RAS Residencys only provide mattress bedding but charge for 1 extra guest. Overall we were very happy with our choice. Will definitely do it again. The property is new and in a good location. The front desk was very helpful and check in was quick. Our room was spacious and well done, only thing missing was the shower handle so we had use the bucket to take bath. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and all the staff were very helpful. Hope the RAS Residency is maintained well for future.

The check-in counter staff are capable, courteous and extremely helpful. The restaurant served excellent quality food and the serving staff and manager paid full attention to our needs. Finally, the room service staff are very responsive and prompt. Overall, it was a great experience.

Booked a superior room during our recent visit to kumbakonam. My wife was happy with the quality and the space the room has to offer. It had clean bathroom. The toilet seat was with stains and tv did not work these were few complaints

A budget RAS Residency but very spacious room. Friendly staff. Rooms maintained very well. Restaurant is average though and buffet breakfast could be improved.
