Ras Resorts by Treat

Location and access: We traveled by train to Vapi. From East side we can get auto rickshaw. We took share auto and paid Rs. 200 for back seats for 2 (they generally take 4 passengers on back seat). Location is good. There are shops, Café, mall, cinema hall at a walkable distance. The place is close to Swaminarayan temple, Museum a d a famous garden. Deer and lion safari are around 14-15 Kms away. During Lake is around 16 KMs away. A walk parallel to riverfront within the property is a very good experience. Food and hygiene: Breakfast was good But we cannot compare 5-star breakfast with a resort break. So that way it is fine. Some egg-burning item was not tagged early. Suggest to tag items first before serving so vegetarians can easily pick up desired delicacies. Idli was good but cloth thread was stuck on hot idlis. Dosa was also nice but taste of oil could be felt. Overall breakfast was good. We did not prefer to have lunch or dinner inside. Food is costly but there are many options available at nearby distance. Walkig might be bit difficult as footpath has some open manholes. Hygiene: I must say that there was no compromise on Hygiene even when the property is pretty huge to manage. Kudos to the staff, managers, and housekeeping staff. Room as well as outdoors were clean. A very good experience.

The property is good. It is more of a horizontal layout, so if you get rooms at the back. you have to walk pretty long from the reception and restaurant. But apart from that, the rooms are good, big, clean. The river view rooms with balcony are best to opt for. The property is green, pleasant and the views around the property are nice. The food is ok. It is not great, not bad, but fine. The staff is good, cooperative and they listen to the guests and make sure they are comfortable. 👍 Overall, the stay was fine. Would recommend for a day or two's visit to Silvassa. PS: Those who say the food is expensive, should also note that the quantity is equally large. You can serve up to 3 people with one portion of main course. So, I think the prices are fine, considering the property and the fact that it is a resort.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the sea and feel the cool breeze. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. Awesome food 😋😋and good services..best resort we ever visit.....😊 We definiatly recommend to my friends💑 and others👨‍👩‍👧👨‍👩‍👧‍👦.....excellent services and surely visit again 😊 Thanx for giving such wonderful experience..😊

We experienced a good stay at the Ras Resorts by Treat. The food here is also good and the staff is highly courteous. A family stay at this Ras Resorts by Treat is highly recommended. The only issue we faced was with respect to wi-fi availability. The Ras Resorts by Treat was undergoing change of is p and hence there was an absence of wi-fi. The reception staff was kind enough to arrange an alternative for us. However, ensure that you ask about the availability of wi-fi if you're travel-ling for any official work. Overall, happy with the service!

Location is very good have river side view, garden & balcony, food in the restaurant is also good but on higher side, rooms are nit up-to the mark, old, needs renovation, while property is old needs serious renovation with modern amenities, i was having superior room with river view but room was old roof paint also was ever gone, bathroomtoooo small, it was so small your elbow will touch the side wall & glass while taking bath, all the fixtures are very old & needs maintenance or change. Other amenities for kids play area also broken.

We travel-led to ras resort silvassa for 2 nights stay. Right from arrival to checkout it was exceptionally good. Welcome drink was welcome due to heat. Breakfast options were good. The whole ground with garden river view was a treat. Room service staff very helpful and polite. Our executive room was quite spacious with small verandah. Kuljeet advised us very well which places to visit and would be convenient. I recommend this place for mini breaks and rest.

Location wise resort is best in silvasa. Decent breakfast but overly crowded bfast place due to multiple conferences or other personal functions crowd. Fromt desk will try to give you a room without balcony saying that’s what you have paid for. Only after my complaint to mm t team did they agree to give a room with sit out for which i had paid. Not sure why the reception staff were so uncaring, rude and unapologetic.

Property's location is perfect. Just by the river side, on the high way and close to most attractions. Food was quite good too. The restaurant, room service. Housekeeping staff was always polite and helpful. Hygiene was good too. However, the electrical fittings seemed to be old and the Ras Resorts by Treat would benefit from redoing some switches and adding few more plug points in the room.

Property location is good. Food and hygiene and safety standard are also good but cost of food is very high and rooms are good but little higher side compare to value for money. Staff are very cooperative.

Staff are very professional even guards are well mannered. Property is very well maintained and a place very calm and peaceful to spend with family. Services are very good and they will make you feel worthy of evry penny you pay.

The location is very good. Rooms are well furnished, clean, spacious. The buffet lunch was excellent. Breakfast was ok. Staff is very polite

The food spread was average. Although password for wifi was provided, there was no connection in room. Inspite of repeated complaints, was not looked into

Good rooms and good room service considering the property's spread. Food quality could have been better though not bad. Overall a decent experience with one suggestion to travellers that liquor isnt served or available at this resort and hence needs to be brought separately. So for a few it may be an action to be remembered before you checkin.

Rooms are great staff is polite and overall the environment is great to stay. The vi-we opposite to the river was awesome
