Had a very nice experience here. Rooms are very nice with hill view balcony. Right from wonderful traditional welcome to checkin formalities to the room interiors. All the amenities here are top notch. People here are very welcoming and very prompt. Will definitely visit again.

The resort is very beautiful and the scenic view is awesome. The food served here is simply amazing. Had a wonderful stay here. The service is good. The rooms are nice and comfy. Travel-led with a 6 month baby but not a word to complain. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

We enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Right from the time we arrived at the resort they were courteous enough to allow us to check in immediately by 12. From then onward s their service was so prompt and what i like is they said okey for whatever we asked for and did it. Food was excellent and the staff members were so generous in extending any service we asked for. Activities were quite decent we enjoyed a lot. Will surely recommend to our friends. Resort ambiance is godly and the view is just next level which keeps our mind refreshed. Awesome location with mind relaxing view. The staffs there were very courteous and always had a yes for everything we asked for. Kaushik from the sales team assisted me to book the candle light dinner and extremely well-coordinated by sandy to have it arranged. The whole team made sure we were looked after at all give point of time. Food was awesome, staffs were going out of their way to check with their manager and making it happen for us. We had a very memorable stay and kudos team, keep up the great work

i have a few things to highlight pros: The resort is at a beautiful location and its quite nearby to bangalore .. Nature is at its best .. the view from our room (we had booked heliconia with bath tub) is actually amazing.. The longest zip line is too good here and also the view from where the zip line is located is anazing..😍..the lush green environment is just icing on the cake. cons: the room given is not worth for the amount we pay.. when it comes to hygine and clenliness i give a 3.5 out if 5.. no proper tolietries are provided .. the shampoo and body wash dispensers were not working properly.. coming to food i just feel it has to be improved a lott tastewise ..it was an average for us the cuttlery is not that clean there were stains on the plates spoons and also the coffee mugs.. the service is the worst part here.. you call snd order or ask for something they come after 4 to 5 hours.. this behaviour of the staffs has to be changed at any cost..

It was fun, food can be improved, there were very less options are available, apart from that everything was good, and also regarding rooms, the ac was very small.
