Very well maintained place with lots of activities available to spend the weekend. Also very good service from Zubin who took care of us

It was a horrible stay. Whole night me and my family were awake. The tents are smelly, bedsheets were wet when provided. The mattress provided inside the tent was 3 piece cushions.So,if you twist or turn to sleep at night, the 3 cushions are in 3 directions and you end up on the floor.They didn't even provide a basic foldable mattress.I paid 6,000 but I think my money was all wasted. I would never choose such a stay again. They had no staff for the tent set up and guidance. No clue where the reception was too. None opened the gate at the parking. We were to figure out one place by ourself in the dark to spot a parkingEverything was so casually taken, zero management or process. We had none It was a horrible stay. Stinky rooms - unhygienic wash room, location is good.

Very bad experience, mattress in tent stay is horrible, atleast a proper mattress on which we can sleep. Mattress was made of 6 cushions which were slipping. Very bad condition of tent full of dirt and soo congested. Food was okay, prices for liquor is too high, double the Mrp.

Stay was excellent with stunning amenities. Food can be more specific about choices. Private pools depends on your stay planned very brilliant. One word "Retreat"

I stayed for 1 day in June 2025 with a complete package (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Overall, it was a very good experience for a family stay, but a few things can definitely improve. The property itself is beautiful and spacious. I booked via MMT at around 30-50% lower than the direct resort pricing, which made it even more value for money. The room (Iris Shared Pool) was spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, the AC was not functioning well — even after setting it to 16°C, the room remained warm the entire night. Despite multiple calls to the room service (extensions 222 and 9) for an extra table fan, no one responded or visited, which made the night quite uncomfortable. Food was definitely one of the highlights — lunch and dinner were excellent with good quality and taste. Breakfast was a bit disappointing with fewer options, likely because it was a weekday. Some of the outdoor games were also not available during the weekday. The quad bike and zipline activities were quite basic and may not meet everyone’s expectations. However, the buggy car service inside the property was very good and the driver was polite and helpful. The main negative point was the staff service — front office staff lacked professionalism and proper welcoming behavior. Room service was also not responsive to guest requests, which is an area the management should seriously improve. Overall, it was still a great experience to stay with family. I would rate it 4 out of 5. • Positives: Property, food (lunch & dinner), buggy car service. • Negatives: Staff behavior (front office & room service), some outdoor activities limited or basic.

Food was worst. Swimming pool is full of bleaching couldn't stay for little longer time. Too much expensive. Unnecessarily they are charging more money for food and stuff.

Never, I repeat never book this resort for a night stay. They take premium charges and provide extremely sub par services. I paid upwards for a room and ended up with a room that had plaster coming off its wall, fruit flies and mosquitoes everywhere, towels with yellow stains and a bird trying to enter through the window. The shared pool was facing right down the pathway where other guests would move to and fro, leaving us with no privacy whatsoever. If I had seen the room earlier I wouldn’t have given anything more than 2k for it. The property looks old and has not been maintained at all. We arrived on a sunny day and were provided no buggies at all and had to walk more than 100m uphill in the scorching sun. To top it all off, the food was as terrible as it can get. Extremely unhygienic food that looked as if it was made for mass consumption. Everything looked so dirty that we took curd rice and even that was terrible. The curd tasted as if it was a week old. There were flies all around the pani puri counter. Given the price we had paid we could have gotten any premium property and that was what we expected but we were extremely disappointed. The only positive reviews for this resort are given by people who came for office outings and didn’t have to spend anything out of their own pockets. If you are thinking of booking a night stay here, I beg you not to do so.

Worst staycation! Please do not visit. Everything's broken. It's not worth the money. 1k oyo room is way better than this shit resort. Don't even get me started on the food. It's terrible. Fell sick 🤮

Bedspreads was not good bathroom was not cleaned there was no dental kit placed and we had ordered musk melon juice it was worst and the booking was done through MakeMyTrip with complete payment done receiption ppl was so confused with check in and check out even though payment was done thy said payment was not done food was good

Jet spray not working correctly. Toilet seat was broken and was moving around. Toiletries were missing when we checked in. Checkin and checkout took 30min each. They did not have a single paracetamol, I had fever. The Lawn chair cusions were stolen by other guests, chair was worn out and broken and had bird shit on it. Cake order was delayed until last minute and required 3-4 followups. For cake takeway, they provided a box which did not even close properly. Food was oily.

The resort is a beautiful property with so many amenities, activities and games. Food also is very good with decent spread of items.The interior of the rooms could be improved. The staff were good at setvice. Special appreciation to Arbina at the reception for helping us with the stay.

Not at all worth the amount they are charging, paid around Rs.8k per room, Pathetic housekeeping & guest service.

Hygienic food and peaceful location and well maintained staff are next level

Poor maintenance. AC was not working. Pool was not clean. Food was not up to the mark. Not much activities for kids. Total waste of money. Poor house keeping too. Rooms had spider webs, lizard, insects. No room freshener, toiletries given.

we had a good experience with my kids who also had fun we enjoyed the pool experience.more variety of food served.
