MMT have different rules and hotels have different rules they dnt allow us to stay in 1 room we have to pay extra money to stays there and restaurant service is to slow if u order something food will come after an hour very poor service

Not Recommended for Families – Poor Service & Misleading Charges The only positives were the location and the daal baati. Beyond that, the experience was disappointing and frustrating. Overcharging Issues: We were charged double or even triple for liquor, with no bills provided at all, which felt extremely unethical. Unclear Policies: Our booking included breakfast, yet there was no buffet, and tea was chargeable, which is unheard of. Poor Service & Staff Behavior: Waiters were rude and unprofessional. Roles and responsibilities seem unclear – total mismanagement. Inappropriate for Families: Rooms are designed for couples or bachelors, not family-friendly. The pool is in the ‘boys' area’, making it inaccessible for families. Subpar Food & Service: Food was average at best. Wrong items were delivered (e.g., tandoori chaap instead of malai chaap) and we were pressured to accept them. Ridiculous Pricing: ₹50 for a single tawa roti for a toddler? Completely unreasonable. Room & Facility Issues: Rooms were small, untidy, overpriced, and we faced 10+ power cuts in under 19 hours. Despite seeing similar complaints earlier, there’s been no improvement. Conclusion: Only suitable (barely) for bachelors or couples, but even then, not worth the cost. Definitely not recommended for families.

Stayed for 1 night had booked Deluxe room, but thanks to MMT they upgraded me to super deluxe room at no cost thanks to MMT Black Platinum. Mountain facing Room was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful. Overall great stay

they had gave me late check in around like 12:30. I had requested them for 30 min early check in and they denied me for that.room was not ready at check in time.tea maker is not working and every 15 to 20 minutes lights are going and coming.and there is so much lights are coming in room number 311 and it was super deluxe room.not satisfied at all. thank you.

Staff behaviour was terrible non supportive and unprofessional. Being with family we were asked to sit in non family section for having food at midnight for which we were not comfortable and they have made us wait for 1 hour for food ordered. Serving of food and kitchen was open at midnight.

Was a totally pathetic experience, the rooms were fine but the service was pathetic inspite of staff being present they were not attending you. The person at the reception was rude and didnt care. Had to call thrice in order to get something in the room. Even the people at the outside restaurant were totally unprofessional, didnt care whether you want to order ,inspite of calling them they didn’t bother. Overall a terrible experience
