Rayas Executive Homes

I stayed at Raya's Executive Homes, Gandhi Adigal Salai, Kumbakonam from 18-23 Dec 2016. Centrally located near to Kashi Vishwanath temple and Maha Magam Tank.. Economical stay minus frills.. Room service on demand.. Does not have restaurant, though the Le garden star Rayas Executive Homes, bar and restaurant is adjacent to this place. Uninterrupted power supply, friendly reception and staff.. If you wish to stay in total silence, without the regular Rayas Executive Homes environment stuff, and not be disturbed then this is the place for you... Particularly if you are a student, scholar, researcher or on some serious spiritual journey then this place fits the bill.. But then if you are looking for a boisterous holiday, with pampering staff, with sauna, spa, dine in room service, travelling with big family and kids then this may not be the ideal stay in Kumbakonam. Since travelled and lived alone, it was very convenient and comfortable..

Actually it is a marriage hall with adjacent rooms but fortunately for us since there were no marriages we could stay peacefully. Initially, we were asked to occupy a room on the second floor but since we were both old and had knee problems the manager was kind enough to allot a room within the marriage hall meant for bride and bridegroom. Although it was neat and tidy we felt a bit isolated and the TV was not working. So we got shifted in the night to another room on the first floor. The room was quite spacious and everything was clean including the bathroom. We spent two nights without an issue. Coffee was served at our room in the morning on demand and the only food was a problem. We had to go out every time we wanted to eat and we had to walk a bit. The car park was good and safe. Overall it was a pleasant stay and only wished they had a lift and a restaurant within the property.

We booked standard ac rooms through MakeMyTrip with a good offer and everything was just perfect. We booked a double room for 3 adults and got an extra bed with bed cover, pillow, bed sheet, soap and towel without any hustle. The toilet was very clean and non-smelly and they even provide a small stool so tat it's easy to bathe children. The ac, TV and the geyser was working fine. There wasn't any free water bottle instead they have mini water storage in every room. They don't provide food tats the only on I can say. We requested morning coffee and tea at 6 am but got only coffee. Seeing the reviews I was bit scared but to my surprise the room was perfect. Ray's executive homes 5 we had a pleasant stay.

Food is not there. Even for early morning tea, which is my usual need by 5 am, there is not any help. Minimum before 9 am, those boys cannot bring any tea or coffee to the room. But there are lot of shops around to have tea coffee. I went by walk to have tea coffee.
Room was good and clean. Only, its on the 3rd, with no lift. But the steps were very wide and clear. For youngsters, fine. May be for old people, it would be difficult. Otherwise, everything is OK. The blanket was little by dirty and not cleaned looks like. May be, without washing laundry for long time, they are just using it. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints. Good location and good car parking too.

It is a well maintained neat and clean, good for stay, the staff are very helpful and courteous. Only thing this there is no attached restaurant. However we have some good Rayas Executive Homess nearby. However room service is there. It is a good budget Rayas Executive Homes. They arrange taxi service as per our requirement. If they arrange pickup from Railway station and drop back while vacating, itwill be welcome as new comers may find difficult to find the exact location as there appear to be some more Hotels etc in the same name Rayla etc

The Rayas Executive Homes is close to Mahamaham tank very centrally located, close to many temples. My wife and I stayed for a two day visit using this as a base for our temple visits. This is more of a service apartment than a regular Rayas Executive Homes. So restaurant services are more of an order in process. But the food is bright in promptly. The rooms are spacious, clean. The staff courteous. And over and above all, the value for money proposition is excellent. I would definitely like to visit again and use this place for my stay.

It was my second time visit to the same Rayas Executive Homes as i'm impressed with their services. Friendly reception staff, clean room along with good pricing from MMT are the key highlights. Definitely recommended for people visiting with their family. The only limitation is Rayas Executive Homes not having restaurant but few Rayas Executive Homess are available on the main road at a walking distance. Room service is also available where in you can order for food. My stay was pleasant as the services provided is consistent.

We booked a A/C family room that had double beds plus attached Bath room and a separate room outside with a Bath room. The room was very spacious for a family of four, neat and clean, well maintained. Toilets are clean. We switched on the heater to get hot water for bathing. Morning news paper of your choice is provided in the room. The staff were helpful and servers us well. We just stayed for one night and had a wonderful experience. We will book again in the next opportunity.

Very pleasing reception. Value for money. Located in a prominent location. Advisable for a short stay. NO ROOM AMBIENCE ... NEED A nice. ATMOSOHERE. MOSQUTOS ARE THERE. NEED TO TAKE CARE OF THAT EVEN IF FAN RUNS MOSQUTOS STILL BITES. Please TAKE.

Good for for family and couples

Our stay was good and we had visited temples and food nearby sriram mess was good.
Okay for the price, well located in kumbakonam. Good eating house near by.

All was good. Perfect homestay. Could have been better if wifi was provided and packaged drinking water made available. Overall a pleasant stay.

Good location and staff ready to help. Nice to See that in budget Rayas Executive Homess. I had got a good deal with room rent in range of mid three digits. So at those rates, it's very good value. On thing is, the rooms on higher floors don't have lift. So if you travel with elders, it's a big negative factor.

Rooms are neat, clean and a/c condition is good. Very close to mahamaham tank, ramar temple etc ., Stayed there for 2 days with friends and worth value for money .. I suggest everyone to book this ..

No one wears mask. They don't have the temperature check

The Rayas Executive Homes is location wise in the interior but bus & other facilities are very nearby ... The Rayas Executive Homes staff are very friendly .. I arrived around 11:30 pm they were helpful getting my accommodation & food ready.

No lift, senior citizens find hard to claim stairs and they should give room in lower floors having known the occupants age in advance and they should intimate the floor while booking.

This Rayas Executive Homes situated in Mahamaham tank. Room cleaning is good. Bed, bedspread, pillows and cot is good. Rest room cleaning is good. Staff behavior and service is good. Spacious Car parking. It's affordable price to business people and families.
