homestay is well decorated but no facility for fooding,road is hilly not suitable for old age people,mall is near by 10mins walking distance

1. Till Hotel Gate has no option to drop any kind of Small vehicle. 2. Guest self have to carrying their own luggage upto 150 meters from hotel entrance to Vehicle end. when I have asked to caretaker he told we only given given facilities when customer comes not when they goes. After pushing him he arranged someone as he told but real no one present for support me and my family members took the heavy luggage uphill upto 150 meters. 3. Just for TV was in room no connection over there's when I asked the caretaker he told we are only providing WIFI. 4. 3 Guest only 1 towel when I asked for another two caretaker told it's beyond policy. 5. During booking when I asked the care taker he give me wrong information from mall it has been 20 minutes walking but during booking he told it's only 3 to 4 minutes. 4. During 4 days only one day bathroom has been clean when I asked him front then he did. 5. Just for seek he advertisement fooding can be possible dinner policy mate has made the food before 5 pm guest will take this as their preferable time. Over all one of the wrost experience is this
