The bathroom should be maintained cleam

I stayed at RBS Residency for one night and booked two rooms (Room 305 & 308). The overall stay was average. Room 305 was decent with a good bathroom, but Room 308 was disappointing — the bathroom was very dark and had poor lighting. I also noticed 3–4 small warm-like insects (“kana kadi”) in the bathroom, and the toilet hygiene could be better. Basic amenities like a kettle, tea cups, and glasses were not provided, which made the stay inconvenient. I expected better cleanliness and facilities. Staff were polite, but the property definitely needs maintenance and better hygiene standards.

The hotel does not have a restaurant and parking facilities , Even basic amenities like a dental kit are not provided. It’s suitable only for a simple stay, not for business use. The room rates are quite high considering the limited facilities offered...

The hotel is at a good location, about 4 kms from Trichy railway station. Srirangam, Rockfort temples are at convenient distances. We had booked 2 rooms and had an excellent stay. The rooms looked a bit old and may be that's only slightly negative point. The staff were really supportive and showed great hospitality. They showed no hesitation to extend our stay for a few hours since our train was delayed. There is no restaurant in the hotel but , there are good ones near by. There is a bar attached to the property but, that was never a bothering factor as the crowd visiting the place are really descent...Overall, we had a very good stay..

The staff are good and cooperative. The hotel is in a good location with many shops nearby and in a great area of the city. There's a nice bar in the basement with a moderate selection of drinks and they give copious complementary snacks. Room was clean, environment is family friendly. Good stay.
