No-nonsense stay arrangements, well suited for a business traveler. Fantastically clean and white bed linen and reasonably good breakfast. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected but are okay if used only for sleeping. Only minor hitch, during check-in, internet connectivity details were not shared automatically and the internet connectivity can be made better.

Bad experience during business travel

Extremely disappointing stay. The room condition was poor — the AC was fixed at 24/25 degrees and could not be adjusted, leaving the room uncomfortably hot. This is completely unsuitable for business travellers. The network connectivity was choppy, and the toilet flush wasn’t working properly. Not worth 4500 for a room. Overall, a very poor experience.

The hotel property is good, but the management and staff are completely clueless and unprofessional. During checkout, I asked for my invoice — and shockingly, the staff said he doesn’t know anything about my booking! I had booked the room from 14th to 17th, and later extended it to 18th. During that one-day extension, I was wrongly charged double the amount. When I raised the issue, they said the refund would take one week to process — absolutely unacceptable for a reputed hotel! And to make things worse, at the time of checkout on 18th, they again refused to give me an invoice, saying they had “no information.” What kind of hotel runs like this? employee says he doesn’t know about the booking & can’t issue invoices — this shows zero coordination and zero accountability. Good infrastructure, but pathetic management and completely untrained staff. I seriously doubt how a hotel can operate when the front desk has no idea about guest records or payments. Totally disappointing experience — never expected such mismanagement.

The property and location were good with respect to the trip requirement. The rooms were very small and a little suffocating, room service was absolutely minimal, even basic toiletries were missing from the bathroom. No hand towel. The front desk was unreliable, even though I made repeated requests, there were delays in checking in. Inspite of Lemon Tree brand, and the price premium that's attached to it it was an overall average experience. I might not stay in this hotel going forward.

Excellent stay, room was clean staff was very helpful, location was good, parking was nice, didn’t try the food but can vouch for the hospitality. I wanted to stay close to Noida and i found this hotel at a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
