I had an amazing experience during my stay here. The hotel was incredibly peaceful and spotless — everything felt fresh and well maintained. It’s rare to find such genuine warmth and dedication. We'd like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Manoj Kumar, the Assistant Executive Housekeeper, and Miss Sneh, the housekeeping in-charge. Their team, including Miss Anchal and Mahesh, ensured that every aspect of our stay was taken care of with immense care. What truly stood out was their special attention to our 3-year-old son. Service was very slow. My friend needed a thermometer and they told they didn't have one. Next they got it after a long time. Even during dinner the wrong item was served. The room also was quite tiny for 2 people. it's ok for a business trip for 1 day. Check out too took a long time.

stayed in room 209 for 1 night only. I mistakenly left a record (the Doors) on the desk in the room before I checked out the next day. I called the hotel and spoke with someone who reassured me that they will call me back within an hour to confirm if they have found it or not ( don't know how they could deny it being in the room). Clearly, he forgot and I was busy with a work event and didnt follow up with them until the evening on the same day. As my work day finished and before I could call them - someone from the hotel called to solicit feedback about my experience. Clearly, he had no idea about the missing record, and once again assured me he would call back after investing where it is. Sure enough, he called me shortly after to inform me they couldn't find it. 7-8 hours time given for someone to steal it and hide traces. Shameful. Terrible experience. Avoid and be careful of your belongings if you have to stay here.
