There is very small size room, even windows broken, door not locked system , price also very high ,

Good things, 1. Hotel manager was helpful and accommodating. 2. House is neat and clean from outside. 3. Varkala cliff is just 5 min walking distance. But don't book non ac rooms. 1. Matchbox size room 2. Bathroom door does not close 3. Door handle is broken 4. Dirty walls 5. Water stops intermittently 6. Power cuts intermittently 7. Not clean

Midnight cockroach 🪳 are comming. No facility of drinking water. No hot water for bath. Showing in picture available parking space but actually informed to park car away from the residence.

Rooms are small and doors are very short. Rooms are dusty. Not recommended for dust allergic person. Room service are not good. Receptionist are not good, he always way from the desk. The room was pure booked for 3 people but there was a small bed that could hardly accommodate two people. The rooms had lizards on beds

This is the worst stay I have ever lived. We reached at 10 am and there was no one at reception and property. We had to randomly dial number written over there and someone came after multiple reachouts after an hour. The room is as small as it can get. very crappy and creepy vibe. The owner was not at all welcoming and very rude throughout.

It was comfortable stay. Walking distance to helipad, cliff and beach.

It is not resort as listed on mm t, it is home converted to hotel for rental. No hotel staff there just few folks running the show. Overpriced. The interior, accessories doesn’t give. Feel of hotel. Got room next to their office desk lot of noise throughout the night. Location is ok it bear the cliff

Room was clean. Try to provide kettle and tea bags

The hotel is near to beach i. E. Walkable distance.

We travel-led as a group of friends. The place is hygienic and maintained well. The owner managers were friendly and was available at just a call away whenever needed. Good hospitality. Safety was also good considering women travellers. Cliff is at a walkable distance of hardly 2-3 minutes. Would surely recommend.
