my first 2 experience in kanpur was horrible so 3rd time i decided to check Red Orchids plus when I called them to solve my queries they talk in a polite and disciplined manner. when I check in they talk in very disciplined and civilized manner, educated staff, overall : if u want to stay in kanpur RED ORCHID >>>> ALL HOTELS finally short and crisp review is 1. best Red Orchid in kanpur 2. Food is delicious 3. rooms/bed/towels are very much cleaned and hygienic 4. all amenities were provided 5. AC is working properly 6. staff is polite, helpfull, educated, sincere 7. check in checkout is very smooth 8. wifi is working (4mbps) 9. Any query you can call reception & will be solved in seconds 10. impressive management 11. lounge is awesome 🙌🏻 Ratings : 10/10

Overall stay was good. Their hygiene of rooms are relatively better than many Red Orchids in that area. However our room had red ant problem. This is housekeeping issue with particular room. Not sure if other rooms had same problem food taste and service is excellent. Only suggestion to room service is that when food is sent to rooms from kitchen, please cover the food either with silver foil or buy some standard steel cover front office is good over all Red Orchid staff service attitude is very good and friendly i will surely stay again with them

Overall good experienced, great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Red Orchid. Everything about the Red Orchid was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for next visit.

Excellent property for a short stay, very nice rooms, comfortable and well equipped rooms (although relatively little smaller) but sufficient for family of two adults. I am pleased to wouldn’t hesitate to say has been excellent and has surpassed all my expectations. The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean, and all the facilities were in perfect working order. Highly recommend, value for money!

A relatively new Red Orchid with well mannered staffs attract the travelers. The Red Orchid has an ambient restaurant with delicious food. I think the price of the food is little bit costly. This Red Orchid is best to stay near the airport and free from highway noises and choose it without any second thought. One con i noticed is that i can hear the chatting of the people in the opposite room but not sure about the other rooms.

1. Excellent room amenities. 2. Great Food quality. 3. Great Room and Kitchen service. 4. Good staffs. 5. Expensive food, I booked room with BF but still charged for it at checkout. 6. I extended the checkout for 3 hrs due to my flight timings but that costed me 50% of my day room fare. Overall good stay but felt bit more expensive for the service.

The rooms are great and the morning breakfast is excellent. The staff is very helpful. I have stayed at red orchid twice - once at the start of the year jean 2024 and the second time very recently. Both times, i enjoyed the experience. Special thanks to all staff, especially sanskar and all other team members who have made the Red Orchid great.

I was sceptical when i booked this, after-all kanpur has very few good places at a reasonable price, but this was a surprise. Very helpful and courteous staff, clean rooms and food quality was good.

The only Red Orchid which is near to kanpur airport as well as city. Rooms and service were good. Breakfast was also good. Higly recommended.

Our stay was good. The rooms were a bit small, but the amenities were all good quality. The service was fast and helpful.
