As it was mentioned in the description that bornfire will be provided but they asked us to pay 500rs to avail the facility, plus we informed them that we were going out for dinner and will come back by 11:30 and we came by that time but we found out that main door was closed and will stranded outside of the hotel and tried the contact number multiple times but they didn’t pock a single call and then i had to go from hotel backside throught jungle and used a ladder that was kept there to come inside the hotel and bcz of that i fell directly on the iron ladder and injured my leg after all this when i went to wake up the manager in his room, me that this is not the time to come to hotel and it was your mistake that you went out late for dinner so and so and when i woke the staff for betadine and dettol to use on my injury they started that you disturbed our sleep and it’s not our responsibility to take care of everything, it was a horrible stay, rooms were good but this incidence made it all disappear.

location is very good. staff is also cooperative. food quality is also very good. food was freshly prepared and tasty. Mr. Guddu was manager there and his behaviour was very friendly and supportive. He also guided me about sight seeing and route to follow to cover all points. At night bonfire was also there and holi festival was also celebrated. I can recomend my friends to stay there.

Food and services was good in red roof resort. It was just about cleanliness, bedsheets and bedcovers were not clean. Otherwise location was perfect for weekend stay and relaxing.

We had a fantastic stay at red roof resort. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The pool area was perfect for unwinding after a long day of work, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. we had a 2 day stay at red roof resort near lansdowne (jerikhal-gumkhal) marg, food ( buffet) was yummy , high tea 🍵 was good too , rooms are good but tv was not working , swimming pool is nice too , i rates this wonderful property 4 star , scenic view of mountains are clearly visible from here ,

Property was at good location with soothing view. It takes time to convince the management for any changes but they definitely takes care. Stay was fantastic specially dinner near pool and morning fun activities in pool. Pool was small but good enough for 2 families
