Red Velvet

Stayed at this Red Velvet for 1 night in towards end of feb 2024. Check-in: - person was helpful in unloading all luggage from cab and took it to room as well. Check-in was smooth requiring id of all adults. Room: we booked deluxe room for 3 adults + 1 infant but found it to be very small. Requested for larger room and they had one available and upgraded ours. The new room was bigger and they arranged for extra mattress. Bathroom was very spacious. Didn't have fridge in room. One complimentary water bottle was provided(i've seen 2 everywhere. Room service: we ordered tea and it was good. Our son also spit some milk on floor and housekeeping cleaned it promptly.

It's a decent option for those who are in transit and want to take next early morning flight from delhi airport. Clean room. Food available even late night. I reached late night, had to stay only for 5-6 hours. Easy check in, easy check out, slept well for 4 hours before i had to wake up and rush to airport at 3:30 am for flight. You will easily find cabs via ola, uber, ind-rive from nearby, no issues in that. I guess if i had to stay for more than a day or two i won't chose this Red Velvet but for short overnight stay it's good.

Very professional and friendly service from the staff. From the valet, to the front desk, to the greeters. You can tell that they really strive to give excellent service to their guests. Love the non-gaming and non-smoking policy of the Red Velvet. Such a breather after being out on the strip. Beautiful spacious room with a huge jet tub! didn't get to try the spa and the pool. Would love to try it next time i'm back in red velvet.

The Hotel staff and manager Santosh ji was very helpful as my flight was delayed he also helped me with the cab at late night which is very helpful of him 😊 …More

The room is quite clean, the reception and the staff here are very enthusiastic. Food is okay but seems a bit small for the price.

Room service and inhouse restuarant is the main key point of red velvet. Room are decent, quite and calm. Toiletries are in place and cleanliness is quite satisfactory. 24 hours front desk person available as well as food service. Taste of food is good. Linens are clean, not any stains are there. Any person easily spend good time with this accomodation.

It's a week trip to delhi. Nice near airport, plenty options available, local crowd, all brands, aerocity is the nearest option, ncr gurgaon - few minutes away. Night life alive. Here in Red Velvet good room, meals arrangement, transport in house, cabs easily reachable, totally nice experience.

My experience with Red Velvet and there staff is always really commendable specially with Mr AJAY YADAV .. Rooms are really clean and hygienic . They have all the facilities like parking , lifts , food n soft drinks , all the staff are really polite and helpful! Highly recommend
