Discomfort stay, wrong images in make my trip app, not clean bathroom.

Bathroom was not clean. They didn’t give any buffer time for the checkout that’s really disappointing. There is no hospitality shown.

It made me feel why at all I am staying in this place and that too for 4 days. Intercom doesn't work. U call mobile and there will be no response. House keeping work doesn't happen. Dustbins not getting cleared. Put your plates outside the room or inside the room for clearance it never happens. Ask for water bottles for drinking, they say already two bottles given and that much only they can give. I tell them charge if you want but send me water bottle then they send. Take your luggage to the room on your own. No room boy will come and help you. Ask for roomboy to go bring medicines they say they can't do that work. Power goes off, no back up facilities. Lift won't work. ACs won't work. No change of bed linens and towels will happen everyday. While going out I clearly give instructions to clean my room but when I come back the room is in same condition as I left in the morning. Ask them what happened and why the reply is 'no manpower' on the day I checked out I requested for 1 hour extra very graciously they agreed to extend it by 30 minutes. Rude Manager in front office. Don't know his name. There are two managers whom I have seen. One during morning hours. One during day time. Day time Manager is better. Morning hour manager is horrible person. Rough voice, very rude behaviour. I will never ever come back to this place not will I recommend anyone to this place.

Very overpriced. Bathrooms were not clean up to mark. Pillow cover and bedsheet were not washed.

3. The location is very good and convenient but there are no proper signboards. It was difficult to locate the property. There is a different redfox hotel about 100 feet away which has a good signboard and many (like me) get confused with it. The attendant brings tea from nearby shop but lack of good food options / restaurants nearby.

Average. If we book one day before they arrange rooms easily, asper experience. Redstone service apartment manager arranged another property for us same day as per make my shown not the same room we another car to go there with language and baby we are upset with this booking

For stay it is perfectly okay. We had no issues.

Good stay, staffs was very friendly, it's a junction of t. Nagar, nungambakkam, kodambakkam so very easy finding

Bad entry but good staff no food availability. Nice stay for 3 days!

Very bad customer service. The front desk guy was literally yelling at us for no reason. Absolutely he doesn’t have any common sense or didn’t show any professionalism. Very much disappointed. So much dust on the floors inside the room.

Positive: 1. Room and washroom is good 2. Apartment is new 3. 4 cars can fit in parking but one after another which is tough to take out negative: 1. No lift, tough to carry luggage upstairs and elders can’t take stairs. 2. Navigation to apartment is bad, no board outside.

Pros: good and safe for couples. Budget friendly. City centre. Only the rooms are good exterior is rugged. Cons: not good for business trip expecting visitors or associates. Strict no visitor policy so no meetings which is not good for a service apartment. Rugged building and bad parking so don't expect to impress.

Room was clean and new, no doubt with that, but no complimentary water bottle provided, they charged for water bottle, ac was not running from morning and thy asked to vacate by 11am but the check out was at 12. Need more improvement in future.

The room was like public toilet.
