Regal Hotel

It was my 3rd visit to Ajmer and stay in Regal Hotel. There were lot many positives and improvement areas witnessed this time. Though all cannot be covered here but would like to mention few for sure. Was happy to see the way they have expanded and really have improved but they need to maintain the quality along with quantity along with the pace of growth and expansion. Overall nice stay but definitely can be improved in terms of payment acceptance options. They should have card payment acceptance (specially in this time of demonetization) instead of cash transactions. Staff was cordial and cooperative but definitely needs to have better chefs. I just want to mention in nutshell that they are good but can be further improved.

Although, the rooms and services are good but unfortunately, I had to see an inconvinience initially. I had booked two separate rooms as we were two couples but they arranged our stay in a single which was so frustrating. Eventually, I got two separate rooms but I had to make effort for the same, this should have been effortless.

The Regal Hotel is situated at excellent location, very near to Dargah. You can also get Khadim to arrange a visit to the Dargh. The rooms are spacious & clean. The room service & the food is very good. The Regal Hotel is also near to the Anna Sagar Lake. An evening walk can be made to visit the lake. Excellent & value for money

Perfect Regal Hotel to stay in Ajmer. Staff was polite, cooperative and Manager also was a good person. Room was neat and clean and food also very good. Hotel location is also good. It within 2 km range of Ajmer Dargah and also They arrange preferred transport option for Puskar visit. Overall this is best Regal Hotel in Ajmer.

Staff is good but during my stay it was holi holiday so I have not got the proper service even though staff tried hard, the resurant was closed due to no labour, I was not able to get my clothes press and room rent should be less as per the Regal Hotel, iam very much impressed with staff specially who are on reception.

We stayed over for 1 night and are regular visitors to this Regal Hotel. However, this time the rooms did not have hot water wouldn't normally be a problem but this is the 2nd time this has happened. The Hotel only provided 1 bucket of hot water for use for bathing which was not in my opinion sufficient.

The staff provided all kind of service (hot water, food etc) at anytime of the day. The Regal Hotel is good, at proper distance from dargah and other sites that you need to visit. The staff also arranged transportation at an affordable price for Pushkar. Will stay there whenever I go to Ajmer Sharif.

Service, cleanliness, food all are good. Majorly location of Regal Hotel is really good where dargah sharif is just minute away, Close by market and other essential shops. Location is nice. Easily locatable Regal Hotel. Just a km from Ajmer railway station. Good experience with staff as well.

Its situated at the centre of almost all the imp places in Ajmer. The staff were helpful and professional, the rooms on the other hand is good

It was nice experience but very far from Dargah. You cannot go by walking. Rooms were not congested as we generally find. Cleanliness was maintain properly. Car parking was there so it was plus point.

Good to be there nice experience feel like home.

Great Regal Hotel to stay, near to dargah and Pushkar road, facilities and amenities is good, near to railway station and staff is very nice. Great value for money, cleanliness is also good, the service is also good, the location is also good, the room is also good.

The staff was courteous and Hotel and food were good

The room is big and two bed is there for family to stay, close, the location is near the dargah but the room lighting can improve, parking is under ground so leave it to the Hotel driver but overall good stay.

Food is very expensive. Biriyani is very bad in taste.
Good safe and very comfortable to stay there.

Overall experience was satisfactory but there was delay in check- in which was a bit irritating .. The room service was good but was late .. The staff were nice and attending .. The Regal Hotel was clean and the rooms were as shown in the website.

Hotel is in good location near to Dargha sarif food is also good staff is cooperative you can find any thing nearby Regal Hotel wat ever you want good devotional location. I like the location to much thanks MMT

Chin masala roti and tea good.

Staff need to be trained on hospitality, Regal Hotel Water should be by default. Ever We need to remind for it. Transport helpline should be provided to the Darga. Info on train timing should be available. Was expecting card Payment Machines, but these were not available

Nice location with corporate staff. Value for money for family trip. Thanks to make my trip
