"Amazing service, food, staff, environment & very good rooms Clean room with big washroom but no bath tub ,gujrathi veg food only , service good ,big pool and garden but tme up to 6 pm only . Enjoy lot with family. Price range for 2 is 12-13 k extra 2.5kfor kids with food lunch dinner brekfast tea .

The stay was terrible. There were frequent powercuts and the cushions were also not clean. When asked to change the cushions, they just ignored out request. Construction work has been going on at the hotel for an eternity now, which is very disturbing. Shouldn’t have paid even half of what I did had I known all these. Will never visit again.

I would say this place was so relaxing, and the staff was so friendly and professional..that it made a memorable experience. The food was great and the rooms were well maintained..with all the necessary amenities.

Very courteous staff, all made us feel very welcome. Right from the reception, the support staff, food service. The overall vibe was very relaxed and chill. Food was good, especially the lunch service ( it is gujrati thali served with lots of care). Dinner and bkfast were ok. Location of the hotel is quite central, close by to market area as well as accessible to all points. The room interiors, linen and the room service can do with some ( sorry lots of) improvement overall the stay was pleasant.

Food quality has gone down in years time. On 16 th june, 2024, we ate dinner at the hotel which gave food infection to both of us (couple. And i am sure the paanipuri we ate there was the reason. The dining hall is in a very pathetic condition and the reason they gave was "renovation" a/c in the room was dripping water inside the room. Poolside room no. 500. All in all, the regal is deteriorating

Yes. Everything was good but food was. We all three my son my wife, me all three got amoebiasis a stomach infection

The room was quaint and ok. Construction happening on the property. All three meals provided but food was not tasty. However, staff was courteous. I didn't realise it was an early checkout and it was not a good experience when the staff came at our room and told us to leave.

Not worth staying until the hotel completes renovation and re-construction. It’s a very old hotel with ill-maintained facilities, needs to do a lot of maintenance.

Regal hotel is a very nice place to stay in matheran. It has a great mix of modern amenities and old heritage. It's centrally located on the market place and offers good amenities for the guest with options for indoor and outdoor activities. The best part of the stay is great food and the love with which it is served to the guest. You feel at home while your stay at regal.

Fantastic team, great housing and amazing food. Great premises with clean pool and amazing greenery and garden, many fun activity opportunities. Would recommended others for visit

Rooms need renovation food and staff are good

Travel-led with family over the weekend and the stay was worth it because of regal. The hotel is situated well and overlooks the creek. The managers - anil and harsha are really helpful and the staff is excellent. Its one of the best hotels in the area and suggest one should stay there especially if with the family. Kid friendly too.

Place is good but it's more of a family trip based rather then for a group of friends. Hotel is having everything to entertain so that not for a second you will feel bored off, but you will feel a bit awkward with group of friends between multiple family groups. Balcony seating area is spacious.

Recommend property to anyone who enjoy veg cuisine, pure nature and gaming like swimming, badminton etc.

Rooms are not up to mark, not be value for money room furniture are looks old

The stay is over priced with 0 amenities. The pictures of the resort uploaded on MMT are deceiving. The new section is only a part of the resort. The other part is below average.

Room was spacious, old rooms can be better maintained, sheets were clean, towels and bathroom clean, leakages in the rooms can be fixed. WiFi in such green places don’t work in rooms.

Good place to stay. Hotel lacks the modern facilities.
