Regal Reverie - A Lakeview Retreat (Pure Veg)

I have had a very bad experience with this hotel. There was no cleanliness in the hotel or even less than two people in the hotel. We spent more amount and in return we got a very bad experience. I will never book from Make My Trip company in the future. We book hotels based on the reputation and trust of our company,

The moment we entered the place the jacuzzi was very very dirty the staff refused to give us basic necessities like handwash and also the jacuzzi was smelling like gutter there was no availability of hot water even though it was a hill station and extremely cold we had to wait 45-50 mins everytime to get hot water

We had a great stay in the hotel. The Rooms where well maintained & had a great view of the valley. If you want to have a quiet relaxing experience to break yourself from the hectic life this is the best place. Restaurant is amazing and has good vegetarian food. Approach road is not fully prepared and currently under maintenance so be ware of itm

The experience was super awesome perfect place for those who need a break and spend good time with valley view. Food quality was 08/10 but the breakfast was 10/10. amenities were good and all staff were so polite. the place a bit expensive but trust me you will get all back with experience. apart from this the location is a bit isolated overall my experience was 9.5/10. The most peaceful and serene staycation located in the heart of hills. The view from all rooms are exactly same as shown in pics. Mesmerising view of lake and hills. Very welcoming and co-operative staff. Tasty food and excellent delight for all veg people. Highly recommended place to stay. Totally worth the money.

worst experience and wastage of money. per day was the charged including taxes just for forcing us to use Muddy rough road, leaking shower, non working plugs, no lift in working condition, cockroach on the plate and many more and many more

Hotel staff was good but we found one insect in our dinner, soon it was replaced , but the location is good and lake view is amazing

Very nice experience.. the room was too cosy and the food was also good and gestures of staff are also so good ... the only problem there was only the route to go to the hospital after the main road it was not easy to find on google map ..otherwise everything is so nice .. I am so satisfied 😊.. will visit again there ❤️

We stayed for one night in the luxury suite, and the experience was pleasant overall. The room was very neat and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The food quality and taste were very good, especially when compared to other local restaurants. The only drawback was the location of the resort. It is situated on the lower side of Panchgani, which makes traveling to and from the resort a bit challenging.

Stay was quite good and view was just awesome. Overall hotel was good but was quite far from highway and rood were not at all good.

It was worst experience. Swimming pool water wasn’t changed as there were no customers using it since 10 days. There are 7 rooms and during peak season only 2 rooms including us were utilised. Road to hotel is so bad that once you reach hotel you cannot go to main road without car and 100% chances of car getting jammed in slope because of bad road. Think twice before taking car down towards hotel as it’s very difficult to take it back to main road. I took 25 mins to pull car up as tyres were rolling at one place due to bad road. & another car of someone was being towed as car wasn’t moving ahead. Only 2 dishes available for breakfast & rest chargeable and charges are like 7 star hotel.
