The stay was good as the location was very close to my work area for the trip i had done. Clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and blankets. The Regency Hotel Malabar Hill provides body lotion, shower gel, shampoo. Please carry conditioner, and if u use. Hand towels can be asked for the facility. Hotel should also provide doormat outside the bathroom. Quality of tray, water jugs, can be improved. Over all satisfactory. Staff is helpful and services are satisfactory. Food is fine. Enjoyed overall. Has room for improvement. Good luck.

The location is very good and we got excellent hospitality at the Regency Hotel Malabar Hill. Food is excellent but the Regency Hotel Malabar Hill is going through some renovation, hence few materials/equipment in the lobby. Restroom needs to be renovated, not up to the mark for the proce. Once they sort the renovation, it will be an excellent place to stay in mumbai. Location is very convenient to catch taxis and is a quiet neighbourhood away from traffic. Overall, a good place to stay in mumbai.

The service was absolutely great. Staff at breakfast could not do enough for you... Also the other staff were very courteous and polite. The room, I felt, was a little tired. Especially the bathroom. The shower curtains need changing. The little trays around the basin too. Taps are not well polished either. Towels were very hard. They really need to replace these. Paying premium price but it really is an average Regency Hotel Malabar Hill. Courteous Staff made up for the shortfalls.

I really wanna go stay back there if I get a chance….service s so good …I mean Dy allowed me to check in early and also the staff wr so cooperative that u wd really feel safe there…I was staying with my 2yr old alone there…but the staff and ambience made me feel at ease….reception staff, housekeeping…room service…evry staff wr at their best to help u out…u wd really feel safe being there and above all the ambience and rooms wr beautiful

One thing that stands out is the breakfast and hospitality of the dining staff. It is really worth the money. Had to face lot of hassles for an extra bed in the room. Rest of the Regency Hotel Malabar Hill staff was very rude and they charge for extra water as well. Room quality was okay except that bathrooms need renovation. The mattresses are old and need renovation. It is value for money below 5000 due to location advantage.

The location is fantastic, the view of the marine drive and the arabian sea from the deluxe suite is just mind blowing. One can easily spend an entire day just relaxing on the balcony, sipping over tea/coffee and enjoying the mesmerizing view and the sunset. The suite is nice, the staff are very helpful and the services are prompt. The wifi is reasonably strong.

A great stat. Though the breakfast spread was small but the staffs was enquiring about the requirement and was very prompt in getting the cinders served with a smile. The house keeping staffs were also very helpful. One advice the bathroom fittings need an attention. Rest all are perfect and true value for money. Will again come here next time when in mumbai

Value for money Regency Hotel Malabar Hill. Great location, given my office was in south Bombay. Service is excellent. The entire staff was very friendly. In room amenities could have been much better though. Restaurant service is decent and reliable. Overall would recommend the Regency Hotel Malabar Hill, and is safe for solo woman travelers as well.

Good Stay and pleasant atmosphere... Very good location & average guest service but good value for money... Will definitely repeat my stay in case of another visit to Mumbai. In a city like Mumbai, with such ambience and location, very good average cost and value for money...

The Regency Hotel Malabar Hill is in a very good environment, there are clean and modern rooms and washrooms, the rates are also very reasonable, staff service and very tasty food. Enjoyed there.

Nice location. Service is good. No noise and staff are helpful. Without delay they helped us in quick check-in and allowed us for late checkout. The food was good and rooms were quite clean which is acceptable.

I booked this Regency Hotel Malabar Hill since it was close to the functions we had to attend. Located at Napeansea Road, it was central to where the functions were being held. A cozy Regency Hotel Malabar Hill with smallish rooms and ordinary facilities. Found it a bit expensive for the experience.

This Regency Hotel Malabar Hill is located on Napeansea Road, very close to many prominent places, like Haji Ali, Peddar Road, Chowpatty, etc. Rooms are small but clean. Service is exceptionally good. Staff goes overboard to meet your expectations. Gujarati Breakfast is icing on the cake.

South mumbai elite area. Good surrounding and sea view. Convienient for small shopping too. Devent rooms space.

My stay at regency Regency Hotel Malabar Hill at malabar hill was excellent food served was very good, As for the staff, they were very friendly, a very convenient location in posh locality of south Mumbai, I would like to visit again, the breakfast served was also healthy.

Small in size, hence personalised service by all the staff. I did face issues with the aircon, but it was quickly resolved. That day also happened to be the hottest day ever recorded in june. I'd certainly go back on my next trip.
