Hotel is in an easily accessible area with ample space for vehicle parking. The ambience of the lobby, restaurant and the room is very nice. Breakfast spread is quite broad with veg as well as non-veg items. One of us felt feverish at night around 3AM and needed to get some medicines. When contacted the reception, they immediately arranged their own driver in the Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels vehicle to go and fetch the medicine from a pharmacy about 4km away. Next morning when I offered to pay for the transport, the reception executive politely turned me down saying they just assisted as we sought their help in an emergency. I will never forget this hospitality.

Good things, The staff were all good (Maintenance, Breakfast, Reception) Morning breakfast had decent variety for a Madurai based Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels. It was easy to get Rapido Auto here for Navigating the city. Not so good things, No Mini Fridge provided despite the premium room rent charged. The location wasn't great due to bad roads and a lot of dust outside (Not a good place to stay if you like to take a walk daily).

Was a delightful experience for my parents Mrs & Mr. Harikrishnan who planned to celebrate my mom’s birthday in Madurai. Mr. Somnath and is his team were so courteous in making the stay for these Senior couple so seamless. As an icing of the cake my mom’s birthday was also celebrated with a nice cake and wishes. Am so thankful to them 🙏.

Stay was good, we came late by night 10.30.pm, and the restaurant was about to close,but staff were very polite and gave extra time for us to have our dinner peacefully, next day morning buffet was also so good with healthy options and traditional. Thanks a lot all restaurant staff and house keeping
