Review for rengancy madurai by grt expect for the location (not their mistake but the flyover is just at their entrance) the Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels is overall too good. Right from the doorman everyone there will be very smiling, polite and helpful. The front desk staff will try to cater your requirements as much as they can possibly do. The Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels is not huge but it gives a good feeling. The rooms are big spacious, neat and tidy. Everything in room is well laid out. The food in the Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels is very good. They have good in room dining service. The staff at both restaurants are very courteous. The quality of food, service and pricing is also fair. It’s a good property to stay for families, business persons and tourists. We stayed in room # 211. We were 3- requested for twin bed with an extra bed on upper level. But initially allotted king size with an extra bed. But later on changed to twin bed. Seems to be an old Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels & need maintenance especially the toilet, bed was soft, towels were soft but had to remind the house keeping that we are three & need towels, room glasses, coffee/tea etc for 3. Needs proper training. Restaurant was excellent - food, staff etc. Wish to place on record that govind, pushpa & wasim were very courteous, with pleasant manners. Car washing was very poor. Overall we had a good stay because of the behaviour of the staff

Recently stayed at grit madurai. Room was spacious enough to accommodate two adults and two kids. Provide additional matress on request. Room was neat and clean. Ac was functioning very well. Complementary breakfast was great. Staff are friendly and polite. Check in and check out was seamless. Couple of minor comments. Regardless the desired temp you set, ac was cooling the room continuously. Might be a discomfort for few as it becomes very cold during night.

Thank you for the hospitality grit team. It was my family who travel-led and they had excellent things to share. You guys put them at ease and assisted them as needed. Ms. Gausalya from the front desk (hope i got her name correct) was very professional and in fact helped my family check-in as early as 10:00 am which was very kind of them. Keep up the good hospitality. Would highly recommend this Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels for family holiday.

Dear-sir / madam, myself and my wife stayed in your esteemed regency grit luxurious Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels for 3days (friday saturdayand sunday. Our experience with your people is extremely extraordinary. Unlimited variety of delicious food are excellent. Room service and cleanliness are fully satisfactory. It was a pleasant 2 day stay, particularly contributed by the professional yet personal interaction of your staff at both the check in counters and the restaurant. Mr. Tamilarasan in the restaurant was outstanding. A few suggestions. The lobby area and some of the restaurant and room uphostery etc are beginning to look rather run down. A minimal makeover would help the overall ambience much. Overall had a good time warm regards ranjan

Regency madurai is very conveniently located near market and meenakshi mandir. The staff is polite and cooperative. They even allowed us for late check out as our flight was delayed. Food is very tasty, little over priced but wide variety is available to choose from. The breakfast spread was very good. Rooms are clean and cozy, just the ac setting was not working. Will definitely recommend this Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels.

It was a very comfortable stay with very courteous staff available within 2 minutes on making a demand. The room rate were very reasonable. The complimentary basket of fruits & chikki & morning newspaper added to their hospitality. The bathrooms were good with many toiletries including dental & shaving kit. I may add that 5 star Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels in madurai did not give dental & shaving kit. Highly recommended

Propertpy location is good. Nice restaurant with good ambience. Courteous and helpful staff. We were comfortable. Drawback is that they do not have any travel service. The auto and cars they arrange from outside are too expesive. Improvement needed

Good Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels in heart of madurai. Near to of palace, temple and shopping places. Good spread in lunch dinner. Parking is available

Right from check in to check out all perfect. Staff were courteous and helpful. Rooms neat and clean. Room service quick. Breakfast fabulous.

The overall stay with my family was exceptionally good. All the staffs were very polite and helpful. Quality of rooms, restaurant, food and overall atmosphere was superb. Great service provided from grit Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels chain.

We stayed in this Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels for a day. We were extremely comfortable. The food, hospitality and the staffs behaviour was excellent

Nice clean and quiet Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels. Nice and courteous staff. The location is away from hustles and bustles of central market and temple area. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated with local dolls.

A proper Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels as well call it just perfect for transit and tourist, room has all the bits that makes your tired arrival comfortable. The swimming pool was under renovation when we came but it didn’t matter. The service the staff everyone are just doing the best. One small issue which is not really related to the Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels, the approach roads a can be bad during rains

We had a gear stay at the Regency Madurai by GRT Hotels. Starting with welcome drink, great acknowledgement at the reception and restaurant with excellent food options

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very cordial and friendly. The complimentary breakfast spread was large and the food was quite good.

The stay at regency madurai was stellar, the people reception were very cordial and welcoming, the food was great, their suggestion of visiting temple was spot on. The best part they arranged a small party for my daughter on her birthday. !
